​I am writing this to warn anyone considering services from AK Strategy LLC. My experience with this company has been a nightmare, involving attempts to coerce me into illegal activity and subsequent harassment.

​1. Solicitation of Fraud: In December 2025, a company representative pressured me to file a false police report for identity theft to manipulate my credit report. I categorically refused to commit a crime for their "service."

​2. Harassment and Threats: After I won a legitimate bank dispute with Discover (Case #999100219B) due to their unethical conduct, the company escalated to retaliation. On January 27, 2026, they sent a threatening email with a 48-hour ultimatum, claiming my legal chargeback was "fraudulent" and threatening me with legal action unless I withdrew the dispute.

​3. Federal Action Taken: I have filed official complaints with federal authorities to hold this company accountable:

​This company uses intimidation tactics to silence consumers. Do not trust them with your money or your personal information. Stay away if you want to avoid legal trouble and harassment.

​Temporary Results: You claim to have removed 11 accounts, but the reality is that every single item you supposedly 'deleted' reappeared on my credit report shortly after. Your service was ineffective and did not provide any lasting results.
​Solicitation of Illegal Acts: Our relationship ended because your representative explicitly pressured me to file a false police report for identity theft to manipulate the credit bureaus. I refused to participate in this fraud, yet you continue to deny this solicitation occurred.
​Bank Investigation: Discover Bank (Case #999100219B) conducted a full investigation and ruled in my favor. A major financial institution does not grant a chargeback for 'fraud'—they grant it when a merchant fails to deliver or acts unethically.
​Harassment: Your email from January 26th, giving me a 48-hour ultimatum and threatening legal action for a legitimate bank dispute, is a predatory tactic. This has been officially reported to the CFPB (Case #260128-28253610) and the FTC.
​I have all the documentation to prove these facts. Potential clients should be aware that your 'structured process' involves temporary results and pressure to commit illegal acts.
