Kate Hynd in the Maghull branch has been excellent. I am buying. Unfortunately following the survey I decided not to proceed but I couldn’t have had better care from anyone. Kate kept in touch. She was professional. I’m just sorry the property wasn’t for me.

I received empathetic, caring and personal service from all staff members right from the very first call. This was a complicated sale following a sudden bereavement and all staff were very patient, sensitive and understanding throughout.

Top price was achieved for the property, where other agents had valued considerably lower. Excellent communication, emails always responded to quickly and updates provided throughout the sale with all parties efficiently chased throughout to progress matters on our behalf. It was also good to deal with same person throughout the sale who was fully aware of the circumstances.

Even after the sale completed, they took the time to update me on correspondence they had received which was very much appreciated.

Absolutely disgusting, been bullied out of my home, harassed myself and my guarantor, switched my gas off illegally, bullied to where I had to go on medication from my doctor, deyes court management seen what they was doing to me and had my back, am now seeking legal advice to get my deposit back, this company knew what they was doing by switching my gas off illegally, taking away my basic human rights.
