Abby handled our sale and was totally professional from start to finish. She advised us on all aspects of the sale including asking price, sales particulars and viewings.

Despite a relatively slow market, we had several viewings and three offers, one of which we accepted. Abby kept us well informed throughout the process and liaised well with ourselves, the buyer and both party’s solicitors and worked hard to maintain the momentum.

We were extremely satisfied with the service provided and would not hesitate to recommend Abby and Perry Bishop.

They mush have been working on many hundreds of properties at once, but I was always made to feel that I was the only client they were working for?
I was helped the whole way by all the staff, always greeted by name and a smile, this helped me through a difficult period in my life and I’m truly grateful to them all for my sale and purchase and have no hesitation in recommending the Perry Bishop team.

All of the team at Perry Bishop - Faringdon were great. From getting our property listed to the after sales service, they were always available on the phone or email. It didn't matter who you spoke to in the office, they were all up to date with our file which was very impressive.
Despite our buyer's solicitor being worse than useless, Michelle was always on the case doing her best to push things along.
Would definitely recommend them if you're selling in the area.

All good apart from need for all who visit an empty property to ensure all lights and gas are turned off before they leaving the property.

Other than above I was very pleased with all the team and the handling of the sale.

Yes, occasionally frustrating when you can't get hold of someone however they or someone will get back to you and help to their best.
The Cirencester office is very good.

Can't even get a viewing with these guys!

It took four phone calls to even get someone on the phone. Once I did I was treated quite badly.
After taking my details I was asked whether I had given my current landlord notice. I had not, because if I can't find a place to move to within that time, I'll end up homeless.

The agent fell just short of telling me he wasn't going to allow me to view the property. He has no idea where I live, who my landlord is or what my current situation is. But obviously he is right and my landlord will never agree to a shorter notice period than the legal 2 months.

I appreciate that landlords/ladies with an empty property want someone moving in as soon as possible, but the described assumption is just plain wrong and he wouldn't hear otherwise.
Will never call these guys again.

Perry Bishop is the only Estate Agent I would consider using, They have sold every property for me that I’ve gone to them with, and it’s always been a smooth process..
