Flyp did a beautiful job with the flat transformation and staging. It was a big help to have them organise short stays and handle viewings. Phoebe was incredible, especially the way she handled the lead up to the moving out date.
Appointment booked in for agreed time with Agent. No communication.
First time using FLYP. ….. FAIL!!

I will admit to being apprehensive before appointing Flyp, as their contract is written very much in their favour. But I needn’t have worried. I was very impressed with Flyp as an organisation from start to finish. There was a no-pressure initial video call consultation. Once I’d appointed Flyp, they did exactly what they said they’d do. Communication was very slick and fast via email and WhatsApp. The refurb works were done quickly and to a high standard, requiring no management from me whatsoever. The house was beautifully furnished in one day. A particularly impressive touch was that they brought fresh flowers in a vase, which then featured in the professional photographs. The marketing photos were excellent and really showed the house in its best light. The house was almost continuously let (short term), usually for a few days to a couple of weeks at a time to each occupier. Flyp handled everything, and there seemed to be cleaners at the house on an almost daily basis. The Flyp sales marketplace concept worked well and we had a lot of viewings despite a sticky sales market. We agreed a sale for £1m about 2 months after marketing started and then did a very quick exchange and completion all within about 3 weeks. I can honestly say that it was a very positive experience and I would certainly recommend Flyp to others. I am a portfolio landlord and will likely appoint Flyp when I comes to selling my next property.

We stayed in a Flyp Home during our winter break, and the team were very helpful and responsive. We requested a few small items to help with our stay and they had them delivered very quickly the next day. We asked for local recommendations and they gave some great restaurant options. The service was great, and we look forward to returning to stay with Flyp again soon.

I rented a property through Flyp for a week as I had to travel down for client meetings. Because the homes are recently refurbished for sale, everything was so new and clean and comfortable. The home was super close to the tube for easy transport, and Flyp were so accommodating with my odd schedule for arrival and departure. They were also incredibly accommodating on re-arranging a sales viewing when I had a very important client pitch call last-minute that I had to take in the property. I’ll try to Rent with Flyp each time I come to London for sure.

We made a reservation for a property managed by Flyp Rentals from March 30th to June 30th. However, we have been dismissed from our jobs here in London and will need to return to our home country, as we are no longer able to support our family during this time.
Airbnb advised us to contact the host to try to negotiate at least a partial refund, since by cancelling the reservation, no service will be provided.
We explained that we have two young children (2 and 3 years old) and kindly asked for at least a 50% refund. This way, you would still receive a considerable amount without providing any service, and the calendar would be available for new bookings.
Even Airbnb itself acknowledged that a partial refund would be fair, and they even proposed this idea to the host. However, they remain inflexible and unwilling to engage in any kind of negotiation.
The response we received was: “sorry, we will not waive this and will not issue any refund.”
This shows a great lack of flexibility and understanding.

My experience with flyp was excellent from the start, not only my flat was amazing & beautiful but anytime I needed something I was able to contact flyp and get a very fast response. They made sure my preferences were considered even on details like making sure all cleaners were female or respecting the times that I chose, last minute changes. I felt that the team was personable and flexible with me and truly can say the service was 10/10. They even assisted with odd & one time requests and helped arrange logistics during my move in and move out. Will be happy to stay with flyp in the future.

I stayed at 160 Holland Road, London, managed by Flyp Rentals via Booking.com. The property was rented out while it was on sale. During our stay, we experienced multiple serious issues:
- The garden door could not be locked, putting our belongings and personal safety at risk.
- The key box malfunctioned, leaving us locked out late at night.
- The walk-in closet containing our belongings was locked by someone accessing the property after we left.
- The shower tap detached during use and the washing machine leaked, flooding the toilet.
- Property viewings were scheduled with very short notice, causing disruption, and the property was not properly cleaned prior to arrival.
Flyp Rentals failed to resolve any of these issues despite multiple reports. Property owners should be aware that relying on this company puts tenants’ safety and the property’s reputation at serious risk.

Have been working with Flyp for about 18 months to sell our property. In this time they have been the adults in the room faced with buffering us from an unreliable and unprofessional estate agent. At the beginning they were flexible with their proposition and sought to improve their process in order to allay our security concerns regarding our ID documents, and throughout the term their communication has always been prompt and comprehensive. We've now exchanged and I can honestly say that they have made a very stressful process a lot easier to manage than if we were dealing directly with the agent. We were recommended Flyp by a friend and have in turn recommended them to several others. We found the whole Flyp team very professional but would like to give a particular shout-out to Mike who's been our main contact for the duration and who had to deal with a lot of the adolescent behaviour of the agent.
