Thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry for any confusion around the timing of your order. While your book was printed on 14 August, there are several stages that take place after the pages are printed, including binding, printing and laminating the cover, and our final quality checks before dispatch.
Your order was dispatched on 21 August, within our standard production timeframe of 7 business days. We do often complete orders sooner, but some can take a little longer depending on production and quality checking required.
We hope you enjoy your order when it arrives.

Fantastic photobooks!
I have used Albumworks twice now, for creating photobooks. The quality of the inks and paper (I opt for the HD version) is outstanding and better than the company I used previously, which also did professional printing. The software is easy to use, and turnaround times are great. I will not be going elsewhere for my photobooks now. Would highly recommend this business.

Another fabulous book of Memories!
As always, Albumworks delivered a beautiful book of our trip. As I have completed several books over the years, I feel the project was easily constructed with the program available. Once I decided what the highlights were and what I wanted to feature it was straight forward. The production of the final book from download to arrival at the door was very quick. I would highly recommend them for a quality product.

Highly recommend these books and calendars

Top Class with ease.
I have made 6 large albums and never a glitch. The black paper and the layouts make the family amazed. The photos pop out and really showcase the landscapes. Its very easy to insert the photos and then locate them wherever you want. Click! And then it arrives at home. Very nice.
