I returned an item and was personally promised via email and chat that the company would reimburse both the return shipping and customs fees. Despite this, I never received any reimbursement. This broken promise caused unexpected costs and reflects poorly on their customer service. I expected them to honor their commitment, but they did not. If I could give zero stars, I would. I cannot recommend this seller based on my experience.

Awful service ordered a donut maker was told free shipping. Then was told I needed to pay another £29.00 to ship. I told this company it was for a birthday present for April 10th so I paid the extra as I just wanted it posted which was 11 days after the order was placed. Now they still haven’t posted it, backwards and forwards with communication saying exactly the same thing !!So I finally asked for a refund in full as obviously not going to get it now nobody is replying at all!!!. I have now had to reorder from somewhere else and am out of pocket with money I cannot afford

I ordered a waffle on a stick machine a month ago and never received the machine. After a week I began communication with the company via email, chat through website and repeated voicemails. You can't reach anyone to talk to. One phone number says it's a scam and the other just rings through to voice mail. Once I received a response I was utterly confused. They said they needed Ein number to ship the item but the website sells to everyone not just businesses. Then they said I would have to pay customs fees. After weeks of back and forth communication I asked for a refund. They responded with the item is with the carrier and we are waiting for a response from them about cancellation. WHAT! The whole problem was shipping it it's shipped then don't cancel it. However I contacted DHL and they informed me that a label was generated but the item has not been received. Absolutely insane. Worse customer service ever! It's been a month and no machine or refund. Proceed with CAUTION!!!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ordered product, they send the wrong product now I can’t get in touch with a human to talk to. All the numbers they have listed are not working. You send several emails and are pushed from one dept to another because of their incompetence. SO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I placed my order on November 11, 2025, for a chocolate fountain machine, chocolate, and a chocolate melting machine. At the time of purchase, the estimated delivery was 6–8 business days. I needed the equipment for an event on November 20. Instead, it took over 45 days to receive the items. Due to the delay, I requested cancellation multiple times, but the company refused and instructed me to return the items once received. Before shipping the return, I confirmed twice in writing that they would reimburse the return shipping costs. I was assured they would cover it. I returned everything exactly as received, without even opening the items, because they arrived too late to be useful. I paid $232.70 out of pocket for return shipping based on their written confirmation. After months of back-and-forth emails (over 10 emails), I still have not received the full refund. I was only partially refunded and am still missing part of the item cost, along with the promised shipping reimbursement. This issue has now been ongoing for nearly three months. Communication has been repetitive, unhelpful, and extremely frustrating. There is no direct phone support, and escalation requests have gone nowhere. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend purchasing from this company if you expect timely delivery or reliable customer service.

Good and supportive customer service

This was the greatest purchase I have made for my little chocolate business. ! am able to control the temperature ano temper my chocolate appropriately and it's easy to clean up!

This product works great and I have been using it for my business and I have had no issues. All the waffles fluff up well and everyone loves them.

I am extremely impressed with the ALDKitchen Professional Chocolate Melting Pot. I ordered a chocolate machine. It took over 3 weeks to come and it came damaged. I immediately took a photo of the damaged unit and sent it in for a full refund. They tried to offer $$ to keep it and prolonged the process of finally allowing me to return it for full credit. NO RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. COST $91.94 TO SHIP IT BACK. AFTER THEY AGREED TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING, THEY RENEGED. HORRIBLE PEOPLE. HORRIBLE COMPANY. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE.
