3 years ago I purchased a n airthereal 18k tankless water heater for my Home, it has been a fantastic addition to my tiny cabin! A week ago my community suffered from a localized power outage, when the power came on, it surged and damaged several of the electronics including the water heater. The incredible people at airthereal walked me through several trouble shoots and was able to help me get it working again! Incredible customer service! I wish all companies were like airthereal! I purchased a Lite 3, reverse osmosis water filtration system a couple years back and have been very pleased with it, up until now. I’ve just learned that I cannot get an RO replacement filter until November or December. Think twice about buying one of products!

I have several Airthereal APH260 air purifiers and they are great. There is a noticeable reduction in dust and any odors are quickly eliminated. These air purifiers are compact and extremely quiet. I usually get 2-3 months of filter life with two large breed dogs. I highly recommend this product.

These sprinklers are GREAT! The sturdy build and range options are miles above the competition, and worth the price for the quality you get. When I had a leak in one of them, they promptly replaced it.

Our water heater stopped working out of the blue one day and I contacted customer support and they were very helpful and gave me options on what could be wrong with it as to why it wasn’t working and sure enough it was as simple as resetting the thermostat and it’s been working ever since!

I own a pristine lite system. Really have had a great experience. The device stopped working out of the blue. The customer service support was extremely helpful. They got a replacement shipped quickly.

I contacted Airthereal after having an issue with a portable range hood. The customer service was impeccable from start to finish. They were responsive, communicative (updates throughout the entire process), and were focused on resolving the issue with my satisfaction as their top priority. One of the best customer service and product satisfaction experiences I have had in years!

I purchased a sand filter for my above ground pool June 2025. I loved how quiet and powerful the filter was. When I set up my pool for 2026 season the pump stopped working. I contacted customer service and they offered several repair solutions. Sadly non of them worked. They then offered to send a replacement. I happily accepted and it was shipped very quickly. I was able to set up the new pump and it is working perfectly. I am super pleased with the customer service.

We bought the Airthereal MA10K-PRO SMART
WLAN-Ozongenerator in November 2025 and unfortunately after almost 5 month of use the unit stopped working. I was a bit dissapointed as we bought the PRO version hoping it will last at least the 3 years of warranty. I contacted the support team and I was very pleasantly surprised by how quickly I received a response. After receiving some instructions to determine the cause of the defect, we quickly concluded that the device needed to be replaced. Despite the large distance between Germany and the USA, the replacement process was very quick. The support team clearly exceeded my expectations.

Absolutely awesome Customer Service. I was having issues with my Ozone Generator, hit them up for some troubleshooting, worked out all potential issues and then they sent me a new one free of charge.

Highly recommend this company (and the equipment), nothing but good experience so far.
