I love Aldo not only for good quality footwear but also for their great Customer Service!

Had an issue with an item ordered, response was swift and prompt and issue was resolved in a timely manner. I was impressed and content with the service and of course love their products.

Shopping was easy and delivery was fast and efficient and the quality was excellent

Fantastic assistance! I had a small issue and the customer service was excellent! I could have asked for more; they replied to my email same day and sorted out the issue immediately which also means I will continue to purchase my shoes and handbags at ALDO which I love! Thank you to the Escalations Manager!

Parcel arrived 15 days late despite paying postage. No apology from the company or refund given despite having paid for a faster postage.

Product is very nice but little bit small as compare to showing in the pics.

They were very helpful in resolving the issues I had and have been able to provide alternatives to help and compensate their customers. They were responsive and reliable.

I am not a big woman, but this bag was tiny. I felt the images and the website were misleading. Having to pay to return the item will make me re-think about ordering from this retailer in the future.

’m extremely disappointed with my experience with ALDO. I purchased a laptop bag expecting decent quality, especially considering the premium price charged. The bag wasn’t even used for the first few months after purchase, but once I started using it regularly, the so-called “leather” started chipping and peeling badly by month 7.

When I contacted customer service, the response was basically: “Sorry, it’s past 6 months, we can’t help.” No attempt to understand the issue, no goodwill gesture, no accountability — just a flat refusal.

For a brand that markets itself as premium, the quality and after-sales service are shockingly poor. A laptop bag should last years, not start falling apart within months of actual use. Charging high prices means nothing if there’s zero ownership when the product fails.

This experience has completely destroyed my trust in ALDO products. I would strongly advise others to think twice before spending their money here.

Worst product and worst customer service. Never ever buy this product.

I’m highly disappointed with this company, I placed an order on the 30th April 2026 for next day delivery and before their 9pm cut off and as of 17.54 on the 1st May the tracking states my parcel is still with sender despite me asking aldo over several emails to provide proof of collection they failed to do so and continued to fob me off telling me to wait until end of day even though is hadn’t received any delivery notice from Evri and also decided to tell me about previous deliveries thatd arrived without Evri tracking being updated, first of all why are they telling me about previous clients orders when they should be assisting me, also they didn’t even offer to reach out to Evri if they claim they the courier collected my parcel, this level of customer service is so bad and I will be taking this matter further because they’ve broken their contract and also decided to ignore my emails after several attempts to find out what’s going on with my parcels, I’m so upset because I ordered these shoes be because I have fibroids so it’s hard to find comfortable high heels but these ones has cushioning, i will be seeking legal action against them because I’m totally fed up with this kind of treatment from companies that you part your money with

This is my 4th order.. all previous experience was good on time delivery but this time it's almost going to be a month and still they don't have any idea when will be the delivery and where the parcel is. Very disappointed. Seems like they don't have a shoes in the end have to take refund

Great collection, nice packaging and safe delivery. easy returns. Good quality shoes. i ordered 6 and wanted to keep all of them.

We’ve ended up stuck with a pair of tight shoes worth £120.
There was no clear return policy communicated from the stuff at the ALDO store located at Oxford street west.

When we asked at the till about the return window, we were told “14 days,” but it was unclear whether this referred to returns or exchanges. It turns out it was an exchange-only policy.

When I attempted to return the shoes, the store manager didn't even say she was sorry (!!!), was unhelpful, and showed no willingness to assist or even acknowledge the situation. She simply pointed to the in-store “Exchange Only” policy, which is displayed in small print and not clearly communicated at the point of purchase.

ALDO that's not a smart business move: While we’ve lost £120, you’ve also lost me as a customer — and I’ve shared this experience with others.

great bag, can actually get my phone in it, and it looks super cute. Delivery was as stated.

Beautiful looking shoes but way to narrow really hurt my toes could not wear for the whole day, however the heel was comfortable and easy to walk in just a putty shoe was to narrow for my feet
