I’ve just had a fantastic experience buying a car from Nick at Alexander’s Prestige. His care, attention to detail, and professionalism were second to none. From start to finish, Nick kept in regular contact, providing updates and making sure I was completely happy throughout the process. The car was delivered directly to my home in superb condition. I’m truly grateful to Nick and the entire team at Alexander’s Prestige – highly recommended!

We decided to sell our Jaguar SVR and contacted the dealership and spoke to Nick who was very knowledgeable professional and courteous.
He gave us a price which we felt was above the market average so agreed to sell.
Nicks communication was simply first class and he arranged for our vehicle to be collected from our home address and once inspected then the funds were transferred within minutes.
The levels of customer service was outstanding and in line with a premium brand of dealership that this is and Nick was a great ambassador for the company.

Alexanders have been mot/servicing my Range Rover Evoque for the last 8 years or so. Natalie (and Alex) are always on hand and happy to help with any problems I have had. It's a pleasure to have them there to look after my car (and me!). I would certainly recommend them and will
continue to use Alexanders in the future.

I sold my Aston Martin Vantage to Alexander's, and the service was seamless from start to finish. The price we agreed was honoured, they collected the ar from Leeds and fund were disbursed by n a very timely manner. They handled all the administration and the whole process was faultless.

I have recently sold my car to this dealer and it has been a seamless experience from start to finish. Living abroad, I decided I didn't need an expensive asset sitting in my garage gathering dust so decided to sell my BMW M3 Touring.
From the outset, the people I have dealt with have been great and totally transparent. They made me a great offer to buy the car and kept me up to date on the process throughout.
If this is what they are like buying a car, then I will certainly be back to them when I come to the next car purchase.

What an absolute breath of fresh air, dealing with a person and a company that put customer service, fairness and trust first, as their main priority. David Sellwood was exceptional. I contacted Alexanders Prestige about selling my car. This is the first time I have dealt with them and did not know what to expect. David contacted me, then called me to discuss the car and process, responded very promptly to all correspondence (even when on holiday and at a wedding!), and managed the whole process so efficiently that everything was done within the week - it was almost too easy. The customer service was exceptional, warm, helpful and what you should expect but rarely get from companies these days. The price paid was fair for everyone, but the most important thing, was the Trust that David has created. There was no back and forth, no silly business, no funny games once they received the car - it was an old-fashioned proper handshake of a deal. I could not recommend David and Alexanders Prestige more.

My experience of purchasing Range Rover Sports P460e from Alexanders Prestige, Boroughbridge was enjoyable and effortless.

It was an absolute pleasure and joyful experience purchasing my G400D from Alexander’s Prestige. The whole team have been nothing short of helpful, approachable and willing to assist where possible.

I tried 2 other companies absolute waste of time was not interested at all and didn’t even bother calling back. Alexander’s are an absolute joy to deal with amazing company. And shout out to raheel for making this possible such a great guy definitely an asset to the company. Superb customer service and experience, from organising the vehicle viewing and test drive right through to delivery. Would highly recommend, the team at Alexander’s are excellent - and a particular shout out to Raheel who looked after our purchase every step of the way, kept us continually updated and even helped get the car tax sorted :) - we will be returning!

I went to Alexanders to look at a 911 Turbo S. I’d been in touch with Nick in the sales team ahead of travelling to get there. On arrival.. wow! Warm greeting, showroom laid out fantastically and a really nice vibe. The 2024 Turbo S was the best example I’ve seen. Nick was great to deal with, not pushy, happy to chat. He then offered me a full walk round, which was a nice offer. Ultimately, on this occasion, I’ve picked another car, but the follow up by Alexanders has been very friendly, and I will drop in for a coffee. A really great experience, with lovely people and a non-pushy approach, which I really appreciate. Maybe next time! I will definitely keep in touch, and highly recommend them if you’re looking for sports and prestige vehicles. Thank you!
