Nick at Alexanders was polite, easy to talk to and clearly a car enthusiast. He offered me a fair price for the 2 cars I part-exchanged against the car I was interested in and he got back to me when he said he would. The car I bought was one of the cheapest Alexanders had for sale at the time, but I was always made to feel important.

Purchased 911 Turbo S (992.1) The salesperson David S. was very responsive both before and after the sale. Completed the purchase without viewing the car and the whole process was seamless. We purchased a Range Rover recently, and were looked after by David Sellwood. I have to say that the experience was truly superb. Nothing was too much trouble. The vehicle was immaculately prepared for us, and David collected us from ther station, and spent a good 2 hours handing over the vehicle and patiently took us through the systems and controls.
The whole service was friendly and courteous and far better than we had experienced previously with other dealers.

I was discussing the purchase of a car with Keith over the last few weeks. In the end the deal didn’t happen only because the car was just not the right fit for me.
That said my experience throughout with Keith was exceptional. He is a perfect gentleman and nothing was too much trouble for him.He acted most professionally and courteously throughout-a pleasure to deal with this company and I hope to be able to do business in the future.

Made contact over the phone with Keith after seeing a Defender advertised on EBay. Keith then sent a very personalised video reiterating our requirements in our search for a newer Defender. From the moment we pulled up to the showroom we were very impressed by the friendliness and professional approach of all the staff and of course the cleanliness of the showroom ( and the toilets), the presentation of all vehicles. The Defender we were viewing was already in place at the door. We had looked around other dealerships and car showrooms but found Keith’s approach the most relaxing and informative with out a big sales push and one of the most fantastic and enjoyable buying experiences we have had for a long time. On hand over, everyone was again informative, pleasant and the car detailers were super helpful with my questions on cleaning and maintenance of my first PPF coated car. Prestige by name and Prestige service by nature! From the first tentative enquiry through to driving away in our Racing Yellow 911, the whole experience could not have been better. James was not only very courteous but also extremely knowledgeable about everything in the showroom! A few extra ‘bells & whistles’ to make our purchase that bit extra special - not a problem, all sorted with the minimum of fuss. And it’s not all over once you drive away, post delivery follow up and support has been just as good. Can’t recommend this whole team highly enough ⭐️🙏

I enquired about a landrover defender that Alexander’s had for sale.
Keith sent me a personal video of the vehicle.
He organised the purchase and fitting of wheels that i wanted, then sent me another video of the defender.
The vehicle was delivered last week
And today Keith changed the registration plate number for me online.

We decided to sell our Jaguar SVR and contacted the dealership and spoke to Nick who was very knowledgeable professional and courteous.
He gave us a price which we felt was above the market average so agreed to sell.
Nicks communication was simply first class and he arranged for our vehicle to be collected from our home address and once inspected then the funds were transferred within minutes.
