What a breath of fresh air after years of using main dealers. No pressure, relaxed environment where you can have a two way knowledgable conversation . My first time here and Nick was brilliant to deal with. Personal issues delayed me collecting the car on a couple of occasions yet Nick worked around this. The car was in impeccable condition when I finally got there. No hesitation in recommending Alexander's to others.

Amazing experience
I couldn't have asked for a better experience at Alexanders, Nick Cowan showed me around the RS6 and as soon as I took it for a test drive I knew it was the car for me. I hunted for a long while to find the right car and it was more than what I expected to find. Every step along the way was seamless and straightforward. The after care has been great making me feel more than welcome to visit again.

Better than Bentley themselves
My first time using Alexanders was for a service and repair of some electrical niggles on my 2005 Bentley. Although admittedly the car looked somewhat out of place amongst the outstanding selection of supercars available for sale, every member of staff treated me as if I was a VIP client. Natalie was especially friendly and professional, with regular updates and quick responses to questions. I was also happy with the price of the work and the availability of a clean loan car, which was free of charge. Thank you Alexanders!

Great Service end to end
I recently Part X my AMG and Nick made it very easy. Personalised Video driving down 250 miles delivering the car and picking up my part X. This is what service should look like everywhere. No doubt will be retiring back to Alexander's specifically requesting for Nick to be my Account manager.

Urban V8 Carpathian Defender
My son and I part exchanged our previously supplied Urus for an Urban V8 Carpathian Defender and as with the Lambo purchase Nick was excellent to deal with and made the whole deal easy.
All the staff we dealt with were excellent and was nice to have a chat with Andrew on collection. As always Will be keeping an eye on Alexanders stock!!

We absolutely love our new long wheel base Range Rover. We travelled from Bristol to York to purchase the car, Kieth was fantastic kept in touch with us throughout the whole process. Sent me a video of the entire car pointing out certain stuff I asked to see as being so far away I wasn’t able to view the car before hand. The car was all ready and a day arranged for collected all sparkling ready to drive away. Keith kept in touch with us after the purchase to check in and see if we were happy with everything. Would highly recommend top garage with beautiful cars.
