I recently purchased a new Mercedes V-Class from Alexanders Prestige , and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional, with Keith in particular going above and beyond. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made buying the vehicle a genuinely enjoyable and stress-free experience.

The V-Class itself is absolutely fantastic, but it was the outstanding level of service that really stood out. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in what it does.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Alexander’s Prestige from start to finish. I bought my BMW M4 from them having initially dealt with everything from a distance, and the whole process was straightforward, professional and reassuring throughout.

A special mention to Keith, who was brilliant to deal with. Communication was excellent, everything was handled exactly as promised and the car was absolutely stunning when I saw it in person.

There was a small issue with the car after purchase, but for me that’s often where you really find out what a company is like. Keith and the team dealt with it immediately and with absolutely no fuss whatsoever, which gave me even more confidence that I’d bought from the right people.

A genuine pleasure to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car from Alexander’s Prestige in the future. Highly recommended! 👏🏼

From first contact to handover of my stunning Porsche 911, Keith at Alexanders was exceptionally attentive and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and he provided all information in a timely and friendly manner. An excellent experience.

My partner and I saw a vehicle that we liked the look of and decided to drive through to the showroom. Wow. This place is outstanding and the quality of the cars is second to none. Extremely helpful staff throughout every department and a real joy to purchase our new car from. David saw us first and showed us the car that we had enquired about. It was displayed out front ready for us to have a good look at. We test drove the car and after leaving, pulled up and phoned back to make a deposit. A few days later, we picked the car up. It was in immaculate condition and every staff member there was absolutely great. The service, the showroom, the quality of the cars. Stunning.

I would have given 5 stars as I've always enjoyed dealing with Alexanders.
In the past the collection team were Alexander's staff, however, I believe now this has been outsourced. I got the feeeling the outsourced company is trying to get the costs back by haggling down the price.
I have since been reassured by the owner Andrew North that this is not the case, so now my rating is 5 stars. Thank you Andrew

I bought a 911 through Alexander Prestige Cars. Great cars, no pushy sales staff - an absolute pleasure to deal with. Helpful and flexible when I wanted an independent Porsche inspection. Particular thanks to Keith who was helpful and engaging throughout. I would definitely return and recommend.

It's hard to say in just a few words quite how good the service at Alexanders is. I dealt with David through the whole experience and it was nothing short of exceptional.
From sending a video of the car for me to view as I live quite a distance from York, to following through with service details and car history and everything else to put my mind at ease. Alexanders has nothing but 5* reviews for very good reason, it is everything you want from a prestige car dealer. Nothing is left to chance and everything is pure class. They will be my first port of call the next time I am looking to buy a car.

Went to look at a car here yesterday 15/7/26 i had been liaising with keith over a number days, very pleasant and polite, none of the hard sell nonsense you would generally associate with some car dealers. Ended up not buying the car as i was made an offer on another similar vehicle i simply couldn't refuse.
