The service from Nick and the team was second to none, I couldn’t fault it. From start to finish (and ongoing) his communication and knowledge was exceptional. But one of the most important things to me was the overarching feeling of ‘these are people I can trust’. I can’t see us going anywhere other than Alexanders for our next purchase. Excellent company for repair work
We took our car to Alexanders for repair to the front parking sensors. We dealt with Natalie Box who was extremely helpful and very professional. The car was repaired quickly and given a full valet. Highly recommend this company.

Great buying experience.
Post enquiry we received a personal video with commentary showing us the car which was very helpful. We had a good chat with Keith about the car then went to the showroom to have a look at the car, which we agreed to purchase. Not once during the process did we feel under any pressure or obligation to purchase the car. Keith was very straight, open, honest and professional. It was a very enjoyable experience and we are very happy with our new car.

5 star experience with a 5 star car.
Recently purchased a car from them and the entire experience was 5 star from the moment we arrived to driving away with the car and the follow up call. Everyone at the dealership was welcoming and created a really relaxed atmosphere. I dealt with Nick who was fantastic from the start. Buying a car from people who actually have a passion for them and get them really added to it all. Couldn’t recommend anymore highly!
