Very efficient, very helpful, very professional. They asked questions when needed and advised and accommodated every decision. We couldn't ask for more

I had a back door and a porch door fitted by the company many years ago must be over 10 years now. When I had a problem recently with the closure of doors on the off chance I called the company when I remebered their lifetime guarantee. I was pleasantly surprised to find they were still trading as many fold within a few years. I was even more surprised that they honoured the guarantee and fixed the problem, they also identified a problem I didn't know about and arranged to come back at a later date when they received the part needed to remedy the problem. I am super happy with this company and would reccommend them! The engineers were very pleasant as were the staff who dealt with me over the phone. I rarely give 5 stars but this company deserve all 5 stars. Thank you

Alexander Windows is a very professional organisation right from the first point of contact, through to a visit from the Sales department which was followed up by the technical team and finally the fitting of a patio door.
They are highly recommended.

My wife and I have had bedroom windows ,kitchen windows ,french doors fitted and today we had a new stable door fitted in our utility room by ALEXANDER WINDOWS / DOORS.
Ryan and is mate did a wonderful job with the excellent fitting, leaving no mess etc and taking away our old stable door. We are absolutely delighted once again with ALEXANDER WINDOWS.

Paul and Kevin did a great job installing a replacement window in my garage today. Small job that the team dealt with in under a month from first contact. Showed great humour dealing with a minor installation problem. Saved myself 10% by paying prior to install and don’t have to worry about remembering to pay after they left. Highly recommended.

Showroom staff were helpful and knowledgeable and a site visit quicky followed. Advice given was helpful and quotation was realistic. This was our second installation and are very happy with the quality of the product and expertise of the fitters (Paul and Kevin) who were polite, meticulous and hard working. The job was completed to a high standard and they ensured the house was left clean and tidy.

After sales service brilliant! Had leak issue with front door. Mail sent and response received by admin team and service team same day and all sorted within 24 hours by an engineer. Thank you so much!

Just want to say a huge thank you to Andy, he was here everyday, nice and early, professional, so polite and kind, he knows what he is doing!
Same with Mark, Rob and also the other two who came on the first day (apologies, I cannot remember their names)
If you have these guys on your job, know that its going to be high-end top quality finish!
Everyday they would clean up after themselves, they hardly took any breaks, I had to force them to have food and drink.
They have great character and down to earth.
Honestly, it’s always the employees that make the company shine and Alexander windows & doors have done a fantastic job sourcing such amazing workers.
They definitely deserve a promotion/payrise!
If they were working for me, I would hold on to them with all hands!

Have used Alexander trade frames a few times now for supplying me with Rockdoors. Always best on price, great communication and speed. Doors delivered when said. Delivery driver phones me to let me know when they are on their way. Even gave me a bag a packers!

Terrific experience from beginning to end. The showroom was the best that we visited, and everyone really knows their stuff from sales to fitters. Small snag from the fit was addressed quickly and easily by the after sales team. Chuffed to bits!

On the 20th October I had Alexander Windows install Windows in my bungalow in Urmston and I can not praise them enough for the outstanding service both during the installation and customer support afterwards. The workmen were totally professional and worked to a very high standard and cleaned up afterwards. A few days afterwards I had to call them with a question and they were so polite in answering my question. In a few days a letter arrived to further answer my question and give full contact details if I had any further questions. I would not hesitate in recommending Alexander Windows to anybody who is thinking of having any work done as the standard of service was outstanding. Agnes Webster.

Have used Alexander Windows on and off for 25 years or so and always found them to be helpful and their products excellent.
However of the past few years this has changed - they don't seem to be interested any more with a couldn't care attitude.
Over the past 2 years i have asked for quotes for new doors and even visited their show room. No sales contact, no quote and whilst in their showroom not a single person came to talk to us.
As recent as a couple of days ago i rang and asked for a quote for a new Conservatory. They eventually called me and said that they supplied conservatories but didn't install them (contrary to their on line statement and description). I was told that they would put me in touch with a company they use - still waiting for that information and any feedback.
Very disappointed that such a good company which i have used over the years has sunk to this level of poor customer service. Something has changed and not for the better.

Alexander windows did a fantastic job replacing our windows and 2 doors.
Christian and Dean the 2 fitters were very professional in their work and very friendly.
Would highly recommend Alexander windows and would use them again.

Everything about our experience with Alexander Windows has been superb. The showroom is excellent for demonstrating the products on offer and the staff could not be more welcoming or helpful. We are ones for going into every aspect of a proposed purchase and changing our minds too. All handled with no fuss or bother. Measuring up was simple and speedy. Now the thing that gave us cause for concern was the thought of removing the old windows as we have just re-decorated and the possibility of damage to the new paper and paintwork. In the event Glen and Nic, the fitters, could not have been more professional, helpful, friendly and careful. No damage at all. We are absolutely delighted with our new windows and that follows the installation of a new front door and patio door some months ago which again we could not fault. Would I recommend Alexander Windows and Glen and Nic - absolutely 100%!

Every aspect of our dealings with Alexander Windows was excellent from start to finish - competitive quotes, us changing our mind re requirements / quotes, measuring, communication, fitting, couldn't be faulted. Glen & Nick arrived on time, worked quickly & efficiently, were polite & friendly, & thoroughly cleared up when they were finished.

When we first bought a door from Alexander Windows back in 2020 , the process was easy , straight forward from the start to finish from the sale to the the installation and the result was outstanding. The door was fitted to a high standard to perfection. We were delighted and very pleased with our beautiful brand new door.
Due to the positive experience we had had the previous time, we did not hesitate to go back to Alexander Windows again as we needed a brand new front door for our house, in spite of the really highly expensive prices.

The sale and survey stages were fine . However , the problems started around the installation time which included the failure of Alexander Windows to meet its legal obligation to deliver and install the door we ordered , on time , even though we had fully paid it up front , through to the poor and unprofessional attitude of the installer, to the damage he caused to the door in several areas during the process.

Even though we immediately contacted them to report the problems, none of the staff took any responsibility neither action to solve the issues inmediately. I eventually managed to speak to the installation manager whom made up all the excuses to justify what it had happened and promised me to get back to me and send someone to repair the door. A week later , we had not heard anything from them at all. It was only when we sent a few emails stating that we would be taking our complaint to the ADR company directly, they sent someone to fix the door.
Any compensation or refund ( for all the damage done to the door during installation, all the wait and delay and poor service received by Alexander Windows) was refused.

We will never ever buy from them again, neither make any recommendations to anyone we know.
