Jan 2026- ordered a new front door in December. The salesman was lovely, not pushy at all, answered all my questions and was very pleasant and professional. Discussed various options. Another man came to measure up, great bloke. The door was fitted today by Chris- superb job- arrived early, lovely neat job, no complaints. Left the area clean and tidy. Chris was lovely, friendly and professional. As workmen go he was top notch. Give that man a pay rise!
Malbern then telephoned to check everything was ok. The door looks great. The door was supposed to be fitted on Monday but the fitter was ill. Jamie let me know early and then re-arranged for a time that suited me. Customer service has been good, kept informed about fitting dates etc.

Well had quite a few sales people come to qoute for windows and doors, so from experiance I was dreading a other knock on the door, but salesman Chris came to measure up /walk about different ways to pay ect, what a amazing salesman from others that came, would highly recommend

Completed the work quickly but 3 years on I’m still waiting for my completion certificate. My build was allocated to Assent Building Control who sent numerous emails to my Malbern agent Darren Clarke and he failed to respond so they closed the project. This has now been referred back to my local authority and despite me paying Malbern £20k I now have to pay to get the council to come and check it complies with building regulations. I have contacted Malbern numerous times to make a complain and had absolutely no response whatsoever as they’ve had their money now so they obviously don’t care. Would not recommend.

I contacted Malbern very recently as our bifold door was sticking and the draft proofing under the door was coming out after being fitted over 8 years ago and never having contacted them before. Two guys came this week, set about the job and solved all the problems in about an hour. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable. The door had been getting steadily worse I'd dreaded making contact after so long and thought it would be one of those unfixable jobs. Not a bit. From first tel call, Malbern made the whole thing easy and solved the problem fast. Thank you!!

As a company Malvern made the whole experience easy, from the initial survey through to the completion of installation. The team who actually installed the windows were very professional and tidy. The product is very good and we are very happy with both the quality of the installation and the workmanship of the team.

Chris Gibney the window fitter was a true gentleman. His work is professional and to the highest standard that you would expect. He has a cheerful character and he answered any question that we asked.
We would would highly recommend Chris and his talents to fit any door or window that you require. His knowledge and diligence was outstanding

The staff were polite & efficient while dealing with sales department.
The fitters Brian & Adam arrived on time started Monday & Finished on Friday they fitted Five windows including a big bay window, front & rear doors & a set of French doors. They talked us through all the work they were carrying out which made me feel at ease, & confident that the job was done correctly
They were both very professional & cleaned up after themselves.
All in all we are extremely happy with how they worked & with the work they carried out.
I’ve given 5stars for all there hard work & professionalism.
This is not a sales pitch it is honestly how we feel & id definitely recommend.

You should be ashamed!!!!

I am leaving this review based on an incredibly awful, ongoing experience that has left my parents feeling neglected and devastated.

My mother was recently diagnosed with a rare form of dementia called FTD (frontal temporal dementia), and my father wanted to future proof their home and get some new windows.

After seeing work on a neighbours home, he decided to go with Malbern Windows, however this is a decision we now all regret.

My mother has complex medical needs, therefore it takes a great deal of planning and organisation to arrange anything at their home so my father was pleased when he was provided an installation date within the 6 week timeframe.

This installation was cancelled due to the fitter being sick.

The second installation date was missed due to a mix up at Malberns booking system.

The third installation has now been cancelled due to the fitters van breaking down.

After these three failed attempts, it’s clear Malbern have broken the terms of their contract.

To add insult to injury, Malbern are trying to arrange a 4th installation, knowing full well the complex issues my parents are facing.

I have power of attorney so I have now taken over this mis managed mess but do I get any compassion or understanding?

Any empathy to see what my parents are going through? NO!!!

It’s just not important to Malbern.

It’s out of cooling off so that’s it!!!

Ridiculous. I have made it clear my parents don’t feel safe with you near their home so this installation needs to be cancelled.

Do not use this company. The shame of a company to do this to two pensioners in their 70’s is just shocking.

Brian and Adam were very professional and spot on with their work. Respected our property and talked us through what the job involved. Cannot fault them, they had a really good attitude and work ethic.

Had a new front door fitted today off Malbern.
Fantastic job by the lads, would 100% recommend the company.

I had a vision of how my bay window conversion would look, but Malbern surpassed it!
From sales (Phil) and the Surveyor consultation, to the guys (Josh & Brian) installing the Bay windows. They all did a fantastic job. I’m absolutely delighted.

Ordered a RAL pastel pink door from the brochure and was fitted RAL light pink door absolutely nothing alike in image to the door in the brochure, colour pot for touch ups they sent also RAL numbered light pink not RAL pastel pink, they have accepted no responsibility in misleading customers via the brochure there response was the manufacturer only supplies one colour pink, well surely the brochure should advertise the correct RAL colour name supplied by the manufacturer! Each colour is provided with a RAL number you clearly have not given the manufacturer the correct information and should accept your responsibility to your customers. I am now left with a door in a colour I did not order and will not accept it!, Update ..Resolution was to offer hundred pounds towards a spray painter, I must add this would only be given if I sign I am satisfied.

The workmen who came were very friendly and efficient.
Quality of goods supplied was good.
However we were told 4-6 weeks for instalation but it ended up being 4 months.

Completely and utterly incompetent, rude, abusive and arrogant. Over six month delay before starting the job, despite having a deposit, lied to about starting work and reasons for delay, wrong windows fitted, defective windows. I wouldnt use this company ever and I would advise anyone thinking of using this company to go anywhere else, they will be treated better,

I recently had all my windows and doors fitted by Malbern and I am happy with the end result.

Joe the salesman was fantastic, I didnt really know what I wanted and he was really helpful designing everything to suit me, things I wouldn't have considered.

The fitters were pleasant, attending on the days and times they said they would to carry out the work. All work was completed in the timelines I was given at point of sale. Beth in the office was helpful co-ordinating and keeping me informed.

I am going to update this review with before and after photos once the weather clears up a bit to show the transformation. The front door is gorgeous! Stylish design with auto locking system which is much more convenient. Lets a lot more light into the house.

The back door has been replaced by a beautiful glass stable door which opens up my tiny kitchen as well as makes it much easier to keep the dog inside when needed. All windows are now easier to reach to open and close

Hassle free from the beginning. Everyone from the company has been lovely and professional. The installers arrived on time and worked so efficiently, they got all the windows and doors changed in two mornings! They also cleaned up extremely well. The windows and doors are beautiful. Very very happy customers!

Can't thank malbern enough for being so understanding and the beautiful flowers what they sent to us.
