The Window Co Reviews

This is the second time I have used The Window Company, they replaced a large landing window, small pantry and a blown glass panel in a bay window. As before, from start to finish they were terrific. I was Always kept informed from Angela in the office, right the way through. All the work was excellent and done without any fuss and whatever price is given is adhered to and no sneaking in extras. Honest hard working company. J. Shaw.

The whole team from sales , survey to installation were fantastic.
The bay windows were replaced, everything was left clean and tidy afterwards.

Great installers. Job was excellent. I really would recommend this company to anyone 👌

Excellent service. Prompt and efficient and all staff who we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. We had three windows replaced which look fantastic, and everywhere was left neat and tidy on completion. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from inspection to installation by Wayne and his team. Nothing is too much trouble for them and was particularly impressed by their willingness to go the extra mile by providing a new window handle and resealing part of a window as part of the job.

Well organised company. Everything from quote to ordering to delivery was seamless. Very pleased with my door. Fitters efficient and professional

Easy to deal and communicate with. Installation date agreed and the fitters turned up at the agreed time and did an excellent job ensuring everything was covered and kept clean.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We had a new front door installed by this excellent company. They were prompt, efficient and reliable. Very nice guys who did a great job. They explained everything to us clearly and were really professional and polite. I have heard great things about the Window Company (all true)and will recommend them to my friends.

Great service yet again - they've now done almost the whole house over the years. Respectful of property, attention to detail with a finish of a very high standard. Nev and Alan were professional, courteous and friendly - two genuinely nice blokes you could actually talk to. Would highly recommend.

Great company, used them three times now and can't fault them at all, doors and windows replaced, tidy and helpful fitters, top class

The end to end process was seamless and the installation very good with no mess at all

We've used them twice, once for a new front door back in 2023 and now (2026) for a new bedroom window. Both times they've been an absolute pleasure to deal with: professional, sensibly priced, flexible and courteous. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Best quote by far in terms of price. Very high quality windows. Great customer services and speedy delivery and fitting of my new window. The fitter was very friendly and professional and it was installed quickly and without any mess left behind would recommend to my friends and family

The team were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about the product and what I required. Installation was also seamless

The service and finsh product was great everyone was very helpful

Hey,

We had Andy, Taylor and David put many windows in all in a single day. They did a great job, were polite and tidied up after themselves which I appreciated.

Windows themselves are great and bring in more light and we can appreciate our view with ease!

I recommend.

I have used the company twice so far and will certainly be using them again in the future. Their work is outstanding and in fact the whole process from measuring to completion could not be smoother. We had some old stained glass panels renovated and encapsulated as part of the bay windows and they look fantastic - a special thanks to the talented Laythe but thank you everyone.

I had all my windows replaced in the house and the end-to-end process with The Windows Co was exceptionally good.

The sales representative, Steve handling my enquiry was extremely attentive and responsive, I was able to communicate exactly what I wanted and it was reflected in the design mock up.

The installation team (Steve and Ben) worked incredibly clean - tidying up every day after they left, went above and beyond to make every window look amazing.

I couldn't recommend this company higher - the prices we fair and inline with other window providers in the area but the level of service provision at all stages was top tier. It was money well spent knowing that the team handling the work was so professional.

Excellent installers where nothing was any trouble - very pleased with the finish and windows are keeping us very warm. Thanks so much
