The Window Co Reviews

Would highly recommend. Excellent service from start to finish. Fitters did a lovely job of installing my windows.

A truly professional and friendly service from beginning to end. Sean and Sam did an incredible job fitting the new doors and windows. Would highly recommend.

We chose The Window Co to fit new patio doors and a window in our kitchen diner based on the many positive reviews they've recieved. Unfortunately, our experience with them was less than ideal.

We're very pleased with the doors, but, shortly after the window was installed, we noticed extensive scratching on both the window frame and the glass. The Window Co were very apologetic and sent out someone to repair the frame, and also to install new glass. But as soon as the second glass was installed, the fitter noticed a huge scratch.

While we understand that sometimes mistakes/issues happen, we expected additional inspection and care would be taken with the second glass given what happened with the first. Clearly this wasn't the case, and that was frustrating.

The third glass has now been installed and looks great. We're just annoyed by the amount of inconvenience required to get there!

Very efficient, clean and tidy. Above and beyond with care and attention. Fitters excellent - especially Dean, who solved a small problem for us. Would highly recommend. Thank you

This is the second time I have used The Window Company and wouldn't go anywhere else for doors/windows. Had my new back door fitted yesterday - only tricky bit was selecting my choice as they have a wide range of high quality doors. Great workmanship and Sam who fitted the door was professional, polite and did an excellent job. Great customer service too and would highly recommend them.

We're extremely glad we chose local firm The Window Company to replace our windows.
Not only are the windows great (we get random people commenting on how good they look), the service from excellent team has been exceptional.
Their after- sales service is also fantastic.

From start to finish, everyone involved in replacing my windows were fantastic. The fitters, Alan and Nev worked so hard over the week and were professional, friendly and tidy. After care and customer service has been great and I'm very happy with the overall finish. Would highly recommend 👌

Smooth from beginning to end of fitting.
Quick quote, fast delivery and great installation. Highly recommended.

I can't recommend this company enough! Everyone who came to work on the project was incredibly friendly and professional. Different team members handled various parts of the job, and they all did a fantastic job. Best of all, they left the house and surrounding areas spotless at the end of each day. Truly a top-notch experience from start to finish!

This is the second time I’ve used The Window Company. They are so professional. The sales visit, engineer measuring to the team who installed my windows. All work tided up at the end of the visit. Very competitive prices too. I would highly recommend The Window Company

If you are having your windows replaced
You won’t get much better than
The Window Company.
Very Tidy Excellent job.
Very Satisfied indeed.

I had my front door and bay window installed.
The 3 installers Darren, Sam and Alan did an excellent job.
They arrived as expected. Put dust sheets down and did the job in 1 day.
The quality of the work is really good and they cleaned up afterwards making sure no marks were left on the floor. Even brought a hoover with them.
They took all the debris back and left the front garden immaculate.
I would be coming back to the company for my other door and windows.
Thank you The Window Co. I’m so glad I went with my gut instinct and chose this company

Communication was friendly and clear, and very happy with the result. Would use again and definitely recommend.

Totally professional service.
Courteous, friendly and efficient and a window that was fitted perfectly.
I could not ask for more and I will be ordering my next window through The Window Company.

What a fantastic job Andy, Adam and Taylor did yesterday for us. A tricky job as the extension they were replacing the windows in was rendered. Not a crack to be seen or any bits missing. Attention to details fantastic. This is the 4th time we have had the team out (systematic replacement of windows) over 10 years and each crew is as excellent as the last. Great company, fair prices and excellent service. Well done!

The experience with The Window Co was very good from start to finish - excellent communication, surveyor and fitters came on time and the window fitting was completed efficiently by Nev and Alan, who left everything clean and tidy.

Really pleased with the installation of our new windows. Andy, Sam and Adam did a fantastic job, and were very clean and tidy. Happy to recommend the company, and would happily use them again

Very pleased with a recent installation of a new arched porch, 2 windows & composite door. Andy, Sam & Adam worked through their breaks & left everywhere clean & tidy. We had good communication throughout the process of enquiry through to installation. We have no hesitation to recommend them.

Absolutely brilliant job, first class. Alex, Lewis and Sam were polite friendly and hard working. Clean tidy can’t fault.
I used this company 3 years ago when we had a new front door fitted now I’ve just all my windows and a new back door fitted. Would highly recommend.

We have had our front door replaced this week by The Window Co - whilst the whole process took some time, it was certainly worth the wait! The door is fantastic and has totally transformed our space. Sam provided a friendly and efficient service when installing our door. We would recommend The Window Co to everyone, thank you to Sam and the team!
