The Window Co Reviews

I am a repeat customer with The Window Co, having used them several times in the last couple of years, and twice within the last 6 months. From getting a quote, to the installation, the team are exceptionally helpful and accommodating with questions. The installation team are also respectful of the property which minimises the stress of having tradesmen in.

Great service from start to finish and I’m very happy with the new windows. The fitters were professional, friendly and efficient. Really glad I chose a local company for my new windows. I would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend this company, the staff and workmanship has been brilliant.

I wished I’d have used them for my windows.

The company have been 5 star throughout which is hard to get in this day and age .

The Window Co fitted a new composite front door and side window. The fitter worked efficiently and the finish looks excellent. However, my alarm system was damaged during fitting and a nearby light switch broken — issues never mentioned by the rep or surveyor beforehand. I later spent a full day fixing the alarm myself.

While the company acknowledged my concerns afterwards, the matter was not resolved to my satisfaction. Good products and workmanship, but the lack of care and communication around existing fittings was disappointing.

We had a great experience with Wayne and his team, from start to finish. We’d been badly let down by a previous contractor - but the Window Co stepped in and put everything right for us. From initial survey through to completion the customer service and communication was exemplary. Our patio doors have been beautifully fitted and the finish is excellent. I can’t recommend the Window Co strongly enough. Will, Sale.

Used the Window Company twice at our own home for a new front door and for replacement sash windows. Both experiences were spot on - good, fair prices (comparable to anyone) and quick, clean fitting.

My mother needed replacement windows fitting recently and was quoted a high price that then went up post survey from an apparently reputable firm! As soon as I found out, we cancelled this order and asked the Window Company round immediately. Their initial quote was not a million miles less, however the survey didn’t suddenly generate another £5500 of work, in fact the surveyor’s expertise highlighted they had over allowed for lintels and as such the quote could be reduced!

Fitting went like a dream - fitters turned up on time, worked hard and were incredibly clean and tidy in their work.

Absolutely nothing but positive things to say about this company - my Mum wishes she hadn’t worried about bothering me now, so we could have had them in right from the start!

Wayne and all the staff were fantastic from start to finish. A great product, fitted in a seamless and excellent manner. I would highly recommend

Totally satisfied. Would use again.

From start to finish everyone was friendly and helpful couldnt so enough. Andy and Taylor the fitter were clean tidy and the french doors looks perfect

The price we received was far better than we anticipated which was great but the whole experience was exceptional .The window being replaced was a large one being , 12 foot by 6 foot but proved no problem for the team of 5 men . From measuring and pricing through completion the job was handled with complete proficiency . A great company to deal with and I have pleasure in recommending The Window Company for any window replacements..

Sean and Sam were fantastic! They arrived right on time, super friendly and professional. They got our French doors installed quickly and did a really tidy job — even cleaned up everything before they left. Great service at a fair price, and the company replies fast too. Highly recommend!
Thanks a lot, Sean and Sam, for the excellent work!

To all at the Window Company Manchester,
I have to commend you on an excellent service from start to finish. From inspection and quoting, surveying and installation. All Highly skilled and knowledgeable.
We are so very very happy with the gentlemen that installed our patio doors couldn't of ask for a better trio. Very professional clean and tidy, efficient time management and beautifully installed patio doors; and the attention to detail made to the finishing touches equally worthy of high praise. Thank you!

The Windows themselves are 1st class. The Fitters could not do enough and were very clean and efficient. 1st class service from the first contact with Sally to everyone else in the organisation

Have used The Window Company for both front and back doors and just had a new bathroom window fitted. Excellent service and workmanship. Fitters excellent and very clean and tidy. Will use them again definitely.

Hi. Great job having the windows replaced. Lads were polite and kept the house clean.

Chose The Window Company again and so glad I did. The guys who installed everything were brilliant and I am so pleased with the products.
Great value and wouldn’t hesitate to use again and highly recommended.

Another fantastic job and great service from The Window Co. Our kitchen sliding door was getting stuck and needed a new track. We thought it would mean a whole new door but Wayne and Dean managed to find parts for us and saved us the cost of a new door!
This company is one of the best we have ever had the pleasure of working with for many years now and would highly recommend them.
