Absolutely appalling experience. I returned over £1,000 worth of clothing because the quality was nowhere near what was advertised or justified by the prices being charged. The materials, finish, and overall standard felt cheap and completely overpriced.

I followed their returns process correctly, sent everything back tracked, and tracking confirms they received the parcel. They then had the returned items in their possession for over 2 weeks without a single update, confirmation, or any communication whatsoever.

I’ve had to repeatedly chase them myself just to get basic responses, and even now they are still withholding my money. For a company charging premium prices, the customer service is shockingly poor and completely unprofessional.

At this point it feels like once they have your money, they simply stop caring. I would strongly advise people to think twice before ordering from this company unless you’re prepared to fight for your refund.

Very poor customer service, I had an issue with part of my swimwear being slightly damaged, I contacted customer services straight away and was offered a part refund or to return the item (it was still within the return period) since accepting the part refund so I could get the item fixed they have since ignored my emails, I’ve sent 5 emails since 02.04.2026 and I’m assuming because the return deadline has now past that they are not interested. Not what you expect when you are spending over £400 on your order

Had a fantastic experience with this brand. Ordered a beautiful lace jumpsuit that I love. The original size was a bit tight for my liking but the free exchange process was super easy and they sent out a new size immediately. Very good customer service. Would definitely buy again

I purchased a bikini and matching wrap in the Tulip fabric in the sale (as a little over my normal budget). It is absolutely stunning on, the colour, and the fabric quality and fit is beautiful. I’m a size 8 and the XS fits perfectly.

I had a reason to contact customer services which I did in the evening not expecting to get a reply straight away but had a response approx 3 hours later and very kindly solved my issue! Amazing, thank you Gaia from Alexandra Miro team

I ordered some beautiful dresses from Alexandra Miro for my wedding and they were great prices as part of their final sale. I did not realise that final sale items were not returnable so was quite surprised and worried when I couldn’t return them as they did not suit my body shape unfortunately. I contacted customer service and explained the situation and Gaia was most kind and helpful and arranged a return for me. I think it could be clearer that final sales items are non returnable as this is unusual for a website but I cannot fault the quality of items and customer service

The quality and the finishing is very very good. The Design is very beautiful. Top of the top!

I ordered three dresses for the night before my wedding. Sadly none of them fit properly (sizing was off); when I tried to return them they had changed to final sale so I had to contact them to have the returns portal updated. Once I had returned the dresses to AM, they only refunded one dress (with no further explanation) and have not responded to me since. I have sent countless emails and messaged on instagram and have received no response. They also have not returned the dresses I sent back and that they’ve charged me for. I have lost over £500 as a result. I don’t understand how a company can behave this way. It is stealing. I’m at a total loss over what to do. Please avoid this company.

The bathing suits that I got were absolutely beautiful, worth every single penny of it! I also bought a Chloe gown which was a little bit too big for my body and I contacted the company and they were very helpful. Very easy return.

Over the past few years I’ve built up quite a collection of their swimsuits and summer dresses, and with each purchase I’ve only grown more confident in the brand. What I love most is the consistency: the quality is always excellent and the fit is spot on. I prefer a more structured swimsuit that feels supportive yet elegant, and these achieve that perfectly. They’re just as good for proper swimming as they are for lying back in the sun.

They’re not the cheapest, but you can feel the difference the moment you put one on—these are pieces made to last. On the one occasion I had a small issue, the team couldn’t have been more helpful; it was resolved quickly and with genuine care. That kind of service really stands out.

Had an issue with the discount on the sale item I ordered - contacted customer service and they immediately issued a refund for the difference in price. Ordered from NL and it was fast delivery and customs charges were added at checkout so no nasty surprises.

I recently placed two big orders and I received them super fast, on the next working day. I am very pleased with the design and the quality of fabrics. Everything is just beautiful. A couple of days after I placed the orders, I received a text from them that they are offering an extra discount. I was gutted and I contacted them to ask if I can use the discount, even though I had already received my orders. I didn't expect anything but they replied almost immediately and gave me a refund straight away. Great products and outstanding customer service. I will definitely be ordering again.

Customer Service has been excellent. Had a couple of issues with sizing but they could not have been more helpful. Quality is excellent and have since ordered another bikini. I would say the triangle bikini tops are very small but this is not unusual.
