I ordered the Benjamin’s Retro swim shorts large. The size is a bit snug but the thing that really irritates me is that the fabric used is very noisy. As you walk, the fabric makes a very audible sound rubbing against you. I’m very surprised no one else mentions this.

Also, the fit around the groin area is particularly snug, showing off your “package” a bit more than I’d like.

Spending that sort of money, these things had better be damn near perfect, and the noisiness I mentioned makes them an absolute no for me. This is why I loathe online shopping. Very irritating

Great service and really happy with my purchase

I bought a pair of Mallorca Short in black. The cut was really nice and the feel of the fabric was great but they proceeded to create loads of pilling/bobbles. This was before a wash, just with normal wear. After the first wash (following instructions) they were so bad I had to buy a de-bobbler to get them back to wearable. They have since bobbled again and now every wear I need to remove the bobbles. For this price point, I would not expect that.

Coming back for more. Been a customer a few years. Quality and style is top level, you can tell they produce using quality materials vs other brands.

Never really leave reviews but have to because I’ve ordered from here so many times!!! The matching bikini and swim shorts sets for me and my partner are no joke!! We always get so many compliments, and the quality is so good! More colours please!!! And my partner has most of the resort wear clothing now 😍 insane! My favourite brand , can we have women’s resort wear asap!!

The Pinnacle Tailored Swim Shorts are really great. I normally wear your typical ill-fitting, bland swim shorts from the likes of L.L. Bean, but I decided to splurge on these from Sink and I am glad I did. I've never had shorts fit so well. I think I look pretty good! They are very well made.

Elegant but sharp understated design

I’m on my fifth pair of Pinnacle shorts but after buying three pairs for my annual holiday this year, whilst there, on one of the pairs the stitching on the mesh inner started to come undone. Once home I contacted Sink and my email was answered very swiftly by Lauren. After simply sending a photo of the defect a new pair was sent out immediately, no quibbles, no emailing back and forth, just instantly, honouring the garments two year guarantee. Frankly, their customer service was refreshingly efficient and pleasant, reaffirming my confidence and regard for their products. As for the shorts themselves, the fact I’m on my fifth pair (though much of that was due to having to drop a size from large to medium!) and quite happy to spend the not inconsiderable amount of money on them should say it all. They are very well made (small defect with one pair aside), have proven extremely robust over many uses and washing, dry really quickly and get so many compliments as they look so different to most other shorts out there. For me, the fact I can wear them as actual shorts during the day while out walking, browsing shops and the odd beer and bite to eat and they look so expensive (which I suppose you could say they are but trust me, they are so well worth it) is a real plus point. Their fit is excellent, not too short and certainly not too long and the hardwear just adds that touch of class. I can’t recommend their Pinnacle shorts (I haven't tried anything else of theirs just yet) enough, they are truly so versatile and impressive to look at and wear, plus their customer service has just put the icing on their cake for me. Fantastic all round.

Having been initially ignored I expressed my dissappointment on Trust Pilot and I was contacted by customer services immediately who sent my exchange items qucikly and with no fuss.

Turns out my emails were going into their junk mail.
Fair play to Sink they sorted straight away.

Beautiful shorts and exceptional customer service!

I absolutely love the Pinnacle Tailored Shorts — they’re beautifully made, stylish, and look fantastic on my husband. There was a bit of a journey getting them to us, with a lost package and then a sizing mix-up, but the customer service throughout the entire process was absolutely wonderful.

The team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating. They promptly shipped out a replacement and made the size exchange so easy. It’s refreshing to experience such thoughtful and genuine customer care.

First of all the swimming trunks are amazing. Very comfortable, fashionable and like no other swimming trunks I have ever had. I also can’t say enough about customer service. Very responsive and helpful. I would truly recommend Sink Swimwear looking for a reasonably priced very fashionable and comfortable swimwear. I look forward to buying more pairs

Ordered a set of 3, love the swim shorts, great quality with good detail. Unfortunately the drawstring snapped in one of them but was quickly rectified with a replacement sent out quickly,

The ‘luxury’ shirt I ordered didn’t look anything like in the pictures and was 100 % polyester. 👎🏻

I really do not recommend buying a swimsuit for your vacation from this site.
It was supposed to be delivered within a few days, yet there has been no news more than 15 days after the order was placed.
Customer service has been completely unresponsive despite being contacted twice.
There is no information regarding the shipment of the package.

It’s been over a month since I returned an item for store credit and no confirmation or follow up. Buyer beware

Ordered based on their size guide and the fit was noticeably off… not a close call, just wrong. When I went to exchange, I found out you’re on the hook for a €20 return fee on top of shipping and handling. No exceptions, no goodwill. For a brand positioning itself as a premium product, that’s a tough pill to swallow.

Buyer beware, factor in the real cost of getting it wrong before you order. If the size doesn’t work, you’re paying significantly more than the original price to fix it.

Got the set of Pinnacle shorts and they are perfect. Fit is great and the pockets with the zippers are brilliant. Very versatile as they look like smart shorts so can wear down to breakfast/lunch with a tee. Highly recommend these. I went up a size from normal as they are a little snug in the leg.
