The entire team from Mr Day, Aurelia and all the support staff combine to produce a flawless outcome.
It does feel miraculous. It is outstanding.

I had astigmatisms and had worn varifocal gas permeable lenses or varifocal glasses for years, glasses and lenses since small childhood. I wanted to be glasses free at last, and I am: 20/20 vision and nothing can be improved! Alex Day advised me to have my eyes operated on separately so he could tweak the second eye if necessary. It wasn't. For work and pleasure I read a great deal, often very small print, and work on screen for hours a day, and I can comfortably read the smallest print and see fully into the distance too. Miraculous. I cannot tell you how thrilled I am with my perfect vision and how grateful I am to this very talented and exact surgeon.

My husband, David Watson, chose Alex to do replacement cataract surgery after my own excellent experience three years ago. With acute astigmatism, previously requiring varifocal spectacles, his preference was for better long distance vision. As it happens his post-operative vision is perfect, 20/20, with basic reading spectacles only required for very close work.
In other words, the operation has been a complete and unqualified success.
Alex Day, and his team, are ultra-professional as well as kind and helpful. We could not recommend him more highly.

I recently had ICL surgery with Mr Day through Moorfields Private and could not recommend him and his team more highly.

From initial consultation, to the procedure on the day, to post-op care - Mr Day, Aurelia and the team have been informative and caring throughout. The actual surgery was very quick and I was well looked after all the way through. My recovery was well- managed and my eyes are doing really well with their new 20:20 vision.

I have a high and complex prescription so was initially a little nervous about taking this step but I’m so glad I did - this is the best gift I’ve ever given myself.

Having recently gone through laser surgery with Mr Alex Day, I can wholeheartedly recommend him and his staff. From my initial consultation advising me on the most appropriate option, to the procedure and the follow-up appointment - everything was seamless.

At no point was I pressured to proceed like other companies I have experienced. I was consulted about what to expect, the likelihood of my outcome and also what to expect over the years to come.

I was pretty nervous about the procedure, but Alex and his team were reassuring and walking me through every step. I was shown how to use my drops, given a lot of information to refer back to after my appointment and given personal contacts details of Aurelia and Alex to contact should I need too (I did not).

Alex has been a fantastic consultant, knows his stuff and answered all my questions in great detail, was brilliant throughout the entire LASIK process and is supported by some brilliant and friendly staff.

I had a consultation with Mr Alex Day, because my perscription was +2 and +6 for my eyes and one was a lazy eye, and he recommended RLE (Refractive Lens Exchange).
I can say without doubt that it's the best thing that I have done.
