Overwhelmingly positive experience at the London Vision Clinic. From the moment I arrived and in all subsequent interactions, I found the team professional, friendly, efficient and responsive. Impressive range of equipment and pre op examination for my lens replacement surgery. Great discussions with both the optometrist and the surgeon to fully understand options and treatment proposed. Every touch point with this clinic was easy including the finance arrangements. Post surgery support has been attentive and beyond expectations.

Really good honest and personable service from initial consultation through to initial testing and recommended surgery. Worn glasses all my life (48 years). Never known life without. My prescription and sight conditions were challenging, but treatment with replacement lens life changing. My eyesight cured and I no longer need glasses, not even to read. To an extent where my vision is now better than with prescription glasses. Life-changing, and that's no underestimation. Thanks to the professionalism of all staff.

I went in for SMILE surgery and the whole process, from my initial consultation right through to the procedure itself, was quick, professional, and so much easier than I expected. The team talked me through everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect at every stage.



The procedure itself was over in minutes, and I didn't feel a thing. The aftercare guidance was thorough, and recovery has been smooth so far. If you're on the fence about getting it done, don't be, the team here made the whole experience genuinely stress-free. Highly recommend to anyone considering it.

From the moment I stepped inside, every single staff member I encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The clinic itself has a very calm and relaxing environment, which immediately put me at ease.
Throughout the entire process, I felt completely looked. A special mention has to go to my surgeon, Mr Carp, he was absolutely amazing. His supportive, kind, and reassuring approach made all the difference and gave me complete confidence throughout my surgery. My aftercare has been equally well managed and I’m delighted with my vision now.

The team at LVC have been great throughout my journey with them & the treatment itself was far better than you imagine it to be. After many years wearing bifocal glasses It is fantastic not to be searching for them & I sometimes have to remind myself I don't wear them anymore, however there can be a compomise to accept in the quality of vision you had with glasses in some cases.

I cannot recommend the London Vision Clinic highly enough. Simply put LVC is highly professional, very friendly, and in the final analysis good value because one is getting the best possible eye treatment that there is available anywhere.
I have just had cataract surgery in both eyes and the actual procedure, as well as the outcome was as good as it possibly could be. Dr Yijun Cai and his team did a brilliant job making it for me a stress free and not at all unpleasant experience. On top of the best possible professional treatment, what is so good for the patient is the calm and friendly approach by all at the London Vision Clinic.

My experience with the London Vision Clinic was nothing but positive from my initial contact right throughto to my final visit.
All of the staff, from the receptionists right up to the consultant/surgeon were excellent, very friendly and nothing seemed to much trouble.
I now no longer need to wear glasses and I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my laser treatment.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this clinic to anyone wishing to have laser eye surgery, and I cannot thank all the staff enough. As far as I'm concerned the London Vision Clinic deserves 5 stars plus on the Trustpilot rating.

I was so impressed with the quality of care at this clinic. Despite being nervous about the treatment, they put me totally at ease. Their honesty about treatment was reassuring. Everyone was helpful, from the receptionists to the consultant. The lens replacement has changed my life. I now have 20/20 vision. Thank you to all.

From the start this place has been amazing. Both understanding of fears and professional every person from the receptionist to Dr Dan that performed my op and Emma who checked my sight. I was even given a soft toy to hold in the 10 minutes of the actual op. I can now read emails and car number plates nothing is fuzzy. It’s changed my life for the better 100 per cent. Don’t be scared and just do it. If you have fears let them know they’ve experienced it all and you aren’t alone. The care continues after the op for at least a year.

It's was amazing experience

After a three-month period, I am pleased to leave a review. I am very satisfied with my results. I now have 20/20 vision and am relieved to no longer require glasses (my previous prescription was -4.5).
Professor Reinstein was a significant reassurance and the rest of the team are highly experienced and professional. I experienced some initial dryness which resolved within two months.

For over 10 years, I have battled a very aggressive and very rare disorder of the cornea; which despite numerous operations and treatments had resulted in permanent blindness in the affected eye. Over and above the loss of sight, I had constant and ongoing pain in the eye which required a multitude of daily eyedrops to manage. It had deteriorated so badly that I almost lost the eye completely. Prof Ayliffe performed a world-first procedure on the eye, which has completely negated the need for further pain management and has saved the complete loss of the eye as well. It has been almost a year since that life-changing surgery, and the eye is still comfortable and pain-free.
I cannot recommend Prof Ayliffe highly enough.

Going to London Vision Clinic to have my eyes done was the best decision I've ever made in my life. Completely flawless experience from start to finish. I felt in such great hands. I felt comfortable. Everything was really well done and immaculate in terms of systems and then the actual procedure itself was unbelievable in every sense. I was taken care of by Dr Glenn Carp, what a great guy!! Just immediately made me feel at ease and I can't even explain how quick, simple and just unbelievable the whole procedure was. Absolutely loved it and actually I was more excited than anything and the excitement stayed within me throughout the whole thing. Now I am around three months post-eye surgery and I have not thought about my glasses once since!! AMAZING!

Very accommodating from start to finish, first class care and attention to detail from booking an appointment to the treatment and then the after care. But most importantly of all fantastic results I am now seeing through the eyes of the 30 year old me not bad considering I am now 65.

Utterly fantastic team that really made the whole experience bespoke and unique. I had no nerves or apprehensions as the care was top level, the team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and looked after. Even walking me to the uber after treatment incase I got into the wrong one! Couldn’t reccomend this clinic enough for laser eye surgery. If you’re reading this, make the decision to do it now rather than waiting and wishing you’d done it years ago like I did!
