I logged into my scheduled appointment on time, remained in the provided Zoom for 22 minutes, and no provider appeared. I called Allara immediately afterward. Their representative told me the problem was technical and told me I would not be charged. Allara subsequently continued sending me notices saying I was a no-show and threatening a $100 fee. I decided not to pursue care with them because I no longer trusted their administrative and billing practices.

My experience was great! I finally felt heard about my health. They took the time to ask follow up questions and not just rush me to end the appointment and move on.

Kristina is passionate about what she does, informative and makes her material accessible. Additionally, her follow-up is prompt. I love working with her.

Listens to.my current symptoms and issues and provides recommendations that are reasonable and doable based on my lifestyle. Documents all session thoroughly for my future reference.

Amy was so informative and really listened and gave me such great tips and advice and wrote me a great plan to follow. I highly recommend her.

It has been a pleasure working with Gabriela she has giving me helpful suggestions and modifications for meals.

Shannon truly listened to me and explained how PCOS?PMOS affects my health and how the plan we came up with will impact the issues. She gave me options and talked through each of them thoroughly before I made a decision. She also got me scheduled with a RD to help me get on track with my nutrition. And when we were ending our appointment she encouraged me to reach out about any questions I may have that come up and was sincere about it. I felt seen and heard like I haven't before.

Terrible experience. They did not clearly state my insurance is not accepted before scheduling an appointment.
They still deducted fees when I requested cancelation.

BEWARE of this company. DO NOT TRUST ALLARA. Their Practices of not being transparent to clients is unacceptable!

Their administrative competence and communication are horrible. They didn't do their due diligence sending me for blood work so two mornings were wasted attempting to get it done. They did not disclose an extra charge for nutrition appointments which I would have never consulted to, sent me a bill, i refuted it and refused to pay and they processed payment anyway.

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!! Would not recommend to anyone, especially those seeking holistic care (which is odd because that’s what they market as). Sought help for PMDD symptoms, when I got on the call the woman I spoke with didn’t even look at me. She seemed caught up with other things and completely disinterested in our conversation. I felt like I was talking to a wall. As I spoke about deeply personal things, she continued to be completely unamused and disinterested and barely made any eye contact with me as she continued working on whatever else she was doing.
To me, I felt like a checkmark to someone who did not enjoy their job or want to be there on the call with me, it was truly awful.
On top of that, the only recommendations she gave me were to hop on birth control or start and antidepressant and that would “solve my problems”. Sorry.. I thought I was going to get holistic care and advice? Just received my bill for $130 for that worthless conversation.

I am SO GRATEFUL for my allara provider Brandi Biddle!!! I originally scheduled with her to try out Allara not knowing if she’d be a good fit or not but she had availability the next day. She ended up being the PERFECT FIT. Trauma informed, good with my neurodivergent communication style, and the best advocate for my crazy health issues/chronic illnesses. I have a lot of health issues and mysterious symptoms even at 24 years old, and she has done so much to help me get answers. She is also so so smart with great ideas. I couldn’t have asked for a better provider.

When I signed up, was told they took my insurance. After two visits in and $500 worth of blood work (out of pocket, I might add), a month later on a Sunday, my bank is charged two transactions, one for $125 and the second of $150, totaling $275.00. I emailed and they lied and said they sent an email explaining they didn’t accept my plan on my insurance. And even if that were true, you still waited two visits in, and a whole month later. I want a refund and to be done with this company all together. After reading these reviews, this is a very high alert pattern that needs to be looked into. There could never be two thirty minute telehealth visits worth that much.

**SCAM COMPANY**
Their site literally said it covered by my insurance then after doing 1 appt they aggressively pushed for booking more appointments. There was no disclaimer about check with your insurance company to verify coverage. Just great news we accept your insurance.

2 mo later I was surprised to get an email that it was denied by my insurance and said I owe $150 for the 1 15min telehealth appt. If I listened to them I would've owed hundreds before I knew they lied about insurance coverage. That billing delay was clearly intentional to rack up a big bill

100% scam. It says you're visit is covered when you "verify insurance" then I got $156.00 visit fee charged to my credit card. I called and they only offered to convert that $156.00 charge into a monthly membership to have unlimited visits, but in order to have a visit worth it you have to have a $300 blood panel done or your just on the video call with a doctor talking about what ifs or stuff you could get off chatgbt. Now I have a subscription I didn't want and no way to cancel on the app. I emailed them and it takes 2+ days to get a response.

I worked with a different endo before Tara and the difference was astounding. She was amazing at making me feel validated, comfortable, and hopeful for improving my PCOS symptoms. I look forward to working with her.

She was very attentive to my hurdles and concerns. It was like talking to a friend and she had great suggestions. I learned new things and felt less overwhelmed.

I’ve been working with Claire for several months and she’s wonderful. Her attention to detail and helpful recommendations have assisted me with making some positive changes in my diet, sleep and supplements all for my health benefit.

Such a great experience. I felt so comfortable during the appointment. She seemed very knowledgeable and in tune with how to address my health needs. Any apprehension I had about meeting with a RD were quickly appeased and I actually look forward to my appointments.
