Allara Health is comprehensive and accessible and they were a big part of my health journey!

Allara providers have been very knowledgeable and helped me make a plan to start feeling better!

A friend referred me to Allara after I shared extreme issues with menopause symptoms. Dr. Beverly Huegel was a great choice for me in their network. She read my previous labs, listened to my story, and assessed a clear plan to take the next step during our first visit. She definitely cares about women’s health and has the knowledge to help us.

The whole process was seamless. I can’t get in to my primary care until October. The fact that I was able to get a next day appointment, get an Rx for blood work the same day and book in appointment for Labcorp all within 48hrs was amazing. After endless ER visits that led to dead end after dead end and “everything looks fine” I want to tell all woman about this.

If you’re going here for PCOS don’t waste your money. They are no experts and can only give you generic information. You can get this same information from the internet or your primary.
They canceled my dietician appointment minutes before it was set to start. Then, when I was speaking to my primary she was looking at the wrong patient file - and this is after I said to her repeatedly, “are you sure you have the right person”? This place touts having expertise in PCOS but don’t even have the basics down of patient logistics

Farrah is extremely helpful! I feel like she instantly picked up on my needs at our first appointment. She knew that I was struggling to find time to prioritize my health and eating, so we did it together during my appointments. Getting it done at that time and being able to ask the questions as they came up in real time is really the only way I think I would have been successful. She has turned me on to a lot of new brands to help me make healthier choices. She also helped me make an amazing go-to list for when I was crunched for time that I could refer to. My healthy eating journey would not have been possible without her help!

Allara's providers aren't just knowledgeable and professional, they're friendly and personable. The app makes everything simple, and they're able to schedule visits much faster than most medical professionals. Plus, I got to go to the Dr in my pajamas, that was nice.

I’ve been feeling super hopeless lately. The type of hopelessness where your nervous system, hormones and pain are all against you. It was just my first visit today, but my provider was super reassuring that he believed we can help my body calm down. I just really needed to hear that from somebody that seemed invested to help me in step by step kind of way. I’m excited to see how my journey goes. I’ve been figuring out things by myself for a long time and I’m just so glad I was matched with a practitioner that is happy to help me dial in my lifestyle to make it more manageable health wise.

Finding women's specific care was so easy through Allara Health. I felt like my symptoms and concerns were addressed with clinical expertise.

I've been working with nutritionist, Maria Pari-Keener, through Allara Health, and the experience has been excellent. My nutritionist has been kind, understanding, and a genuinely great listener. She's helped me set realistic goals and has supported me every step of the way in actually achieving them.

I feel truly heard and supported in this process, which has made all the difference. Highly recommend Allara Health to anyone looking for compassionate, personalized nutrition support.

Wow! After a few weeks they message me and say “actually your insurance doesn’t cover this” If I wanted to continue it would be $150 a month!!! WTF

Don't give them your card number. If you do, they will bill you prior to your first appointment...before services are even provided. AND, they will automatically sign you up to be charged monthly without your permission.

My provider truly listens with care and shows genuine empathy. She is so sweet and kind! I'm so glad I chose Allara. I'm now getting my PCOS under control and have finally been able to lose a few pounds since being diagnosed and understanding my conditions. Thank you Dr. Stephanie!

The staff at Allara are amazing. I have a doctor and a dietician. Both have listened to my every concern and question, given helpful feedback and detailed answers that have helped me get my life and health back on track. After spending years of my time and too much money trying to find answers on my own, I have made significant improvements with Allara in just 2 months! I have more energy, I sleep better, my cravings are gone, and my style of eating is not a diet- it's become a way of life, a routine that satisfies me. And to top it all off, I have lost 10 pounds in 2 months. That wasn't the primary goal, it was secondary, and I have not made it my focus. The weight loss was simply a benefit of my new way of eating, which my dietician helped me figure out. I hadn't lost weight in ages (in fact I'd only been gaining weight for the previous 3 years). These people know what they're talking about! We started with a consultation, followed by bloodwork to find the root of my problems. Then appropriate medications and supplements were prescribed along with the best way to eat and drink to improve my overall wellbeing. I still follow up with the doctor and dietician, and they help keep me on track and address any new thoughts or questions I have as I continue my journey.

I was so lost with little to no support as a post menopausal female. Allara has given me hope back. I am on a GLP-1 and I am seen by a NP as well as a nutritionist. Both are amazing. I cant say enough about them.
