Finally, a stress free way to get the care I need.

I enjoyed meeting with Joey Sjostrom, RDN for my nutritional consultation. She really took the time to explain things in detail and listen to me and my concerns. It is honestly the first time I've felt truly listened to in quite some time and this may be exactly what I need to get on the right track.

The experience has been great so far. I have only met with a provider and done lab work after my first appointment, but I have no complaints. I was hesitant to try Allara because I was worried about hidden costs or a membership fee, but it seems like my insurance is covering everything to date. My provider was very thorough and listened to all of my concerns during our zoom appointment. I did not feel rushed through my appointment at all and left feeling like my symptoms were explained to me better than with my PCP.

Allara has completely redefined my standards of healthcare. Prior to my experience with an Allara Doctor, I was in a lot of pain, struggling with heavy fatigue, and debilitating symptoms in relation to hormonal dysfunction. My health was equivalent to a car with all the check engine lights on. Although I was apprehensive about a Telehealth approach, I was able to find a fantastic Doctor through Allara who is detail oriented, actually listened to my symptoms, and gave effective guidance.

What surprised me the most is how easy both the online platform and app are easy to navigate. Quick notifications, easy access to files and post appointment notes are convenient. I also really appreciate the resources and symptom check in on the app.

I highly recommend Allara to anyone who is looking for focused care and truly wish I had found this sooner!

I've been doing this for about a year and absolutely love Courtney my dietitian! She is so knowledgeable and very encouraging!

What a horrible experience and a lack of customer service. You have to search to find the customer service number. The messages in the app are not answered right away. It took two weeks for my labs to come back, and my insurance covered a GLP-1, but the provider was not in network, so they pushed me to pay out of pocket. It was a significant waste of my time, and I did a lot of legwork on my own. The only plus was my provider. She was great, and I will miss her.

I booked with Allara after seeing a social media ad. I requested a fertility specialist. Instead, I got an OBGYN who was NOT a fertility specialist. The doctor even admitted she is not a fertility specialist. I complained, disputed the charge, and requested a refund but since you have a card on file, they charge you and will not give a refund. This is fraudulent advertising! I have yet to get my money back! I disputed it with my card company but the card company claims Allara showed it was a justified charge and has not given my money back. I will continue to fight to get my money back! Allara is a company that cannot be trusted!

(*All you have to do is look at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau case that I submitted and the Better Business Bureau complaint I submitted. Allara you know exactly who I am. You’re trying to flag my review to be deleted but I will keep posting it! If I can help it, I will divert as much business away from you as I can! You’re a FRAUD company!)

I was given a lot of information about nutrition and my concerns were thoroughly listened to. I was given meal and snack ideas that will help me get more protein, something that might be causing other health issues as well.

It was so quick and easy to get in to see a specialist (endocrinologist) without having to go through the hassle of getting a referral from my GP. In-person appointments would have had me waiting 2-3 months just for a first appointment. The telehealth format allowed me to get in to see a doctor quickly and easily. They placed me with a doctor who actually seems genuinely concerned about my health. I am already on my way to feeling better!

What a refreshing approach to my healing. I am a broken record when it comes to my weight loss and my nutritionist is finally helping me fix the issues.

This app makes healthcare effortless. Booking is quick, and accessing top-tier virtual care from home is a game-changer. Doctors are knowledgeable and attentive, they guided me through my journey with so much care and expertise—a night-and-day difference compared to other clinics I’ve visited. Came across this company wanting to take a deeper dive into my hormone health. It’s very user friendly, so many providers and appointments to choose from that work with my schedule. I like that I don’t have to go anywhere for my appointment, I just take it online.

Absolutely amazing experience with the nutritionist and the endocrinologist.

The providers are very thoughtful and knowledgeable. They make suggestions/care plans to work with your symptoms and health conditions. They respond to messages in a timely manner and adjust prescriptions, etc as needed.

Very disappointed. My provider changed my medication dosage, then didn’t remember making the change until I reminded her during my appointment. It gave me the impression that my chart hadn’t been reviewed beforehand. Afterward, the pharmacy made multiple requests to clarify the new dosage, but they went unanswered for days. Despite several messages through the app, the issue still wasn’t resolved, and I ran out of medication. For someone who is very sensitive to hormonal changes, that is not a minor inconvenience—it can have a significant impact on my health and well-being. This experience has left me with little confidence in the quality of care or communication, and it has made me rethink using virtual healthcare altogether.

I want to state that I've been very dissatisfied with my care with Allara so far. My dietician was nice, but gave me very basic information. The MD on the other hand, has made me feel more dismissed than my primary care doctors ever have. Dr. Bremner rushed through both of my appointments, had to ask me for information about myself I've provided multiple times, referenced "your diabetes," which I've never had a diagnosis for, and also thought I was on an insulin pump when I've never had insulin. He also told me today that if I started taking weight loss meds, I'd likely regain the weight back "and then some," and he would not recommend that ... but also recommends that I lose weight to manage my PCOS. I am also very dissatisfied with the "insurance" claims that Allara makes. It was shown that my insurance would cover my appointment, only for me to have a $168 visit charge in my bank account a few days later with no notice or explanation of benefits/cost. I cannot recommend this company or service - save your money and time.

Instead of giving generic advice, she explained how to build healthier eating habits, meet my protein and nutrient goals, and make better food choices without feeling overwhelmed or restricted. I left the appointment feeling motivated, informed, and confident that I have a clear plan of action. I’m genuinely excited to start this journey and highly recommend Emily to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and supportive dietitian.

I'm thrilled to leave a review for Allara health. I've never ever felt so seen, heard and cared for by doctors than I have with Allara. They advocate for your health, cheer your progress, give you focused, actionable plans to achieve your goals... Their staff are always helpful and friendly, ready and willing to jump in and figure things out with you. The appointments make you feel like you're talking to a sister or a best friend, not a stuffy doctor who treats you like a number. If you're tired of doctor's not giving you the time of day, and quick to just dismiss your symptoms, sign up with Allara. I'm so glad I did that I cried tears of joy after my appointments because I finally felt understood.
