Very difficult to get to speak to customer services following dissatisfaction over my battery taking 12 days to arrive when 3-4 days suggested at placement of order.

Ordered two AAA rechargeable batteries for my BT Digital phone. Batteries arrived with correct battery id number but are not correctly manufactured. The 'positive' end of the battery is sunk below the battery casing and will not make contact with the 'positive' connection in the battery compartment. Emailed customer service 12 Nov and tried calling twice but no reply and no one answering phone or calling back.

I ordered a 12v 2ah lawnmower starting battery which arrived well packaged and looked identical to the original Honda battery.
However when I tried connecting it, the spade terminals popped out the back of the connector plug, touched each other and burnt out both wires, and gave me a bad burn on my thumb.
That was a week ago and I've emailed AllBatteries twice (with pics), left a voice message after many attempts at calling with phone never answered.

The price alone made this a great deal. I wanted a replacement for an aquajoy bath lift controller. Aquajoy price £185 for complete unit. After searching around and watching a couple of youtube videos on how to replace the internal battery. Which wasnt to complex. I ordered a replacement battery from Allbatteries at a mere £35 . They did inform me that it would be several weeks as they only make these to order. As they wait untill they have enough on order and make up a big batch of them. Wasn't a problem for me .
The battery was fitted then fully charged and has been working as it should with no issues what so ever.

Easy to use website. One of the few places that I can acquire this particular battery for my alarm system. Reasonably fast delivery. I used to buy from a uk supplier but found out they were using older outdated batteries instead of an updated version. I haves used this company on at least three occasions and have had no cause for complaint.

overall good experience although as an amateur buying batteries I though I was buying a battery with a negative two prong attachment. I did not think the batteries came in many different configurations and although I bought the right batteries with the correct pin outs they were wrong for my application. Now have to buy yet another pair. Think the website could have a option to confirm configuration befor buying.

Excellent service from start to finish. Very easy order process and was kept informed on the progress of my order and delivery through out and delivery was prompt. Would strongly recommend this company to anyone and the price was very competitive.

Vor zwei Monaten habe ich bei AllBateries eine Bestellung aufgegeben.
Zweimal wurde mir ein Akku geliefert, beide Male mit ausgelaufener Batteriesäure (defekt). Trotz fast 30 E-Mails mit dem Verkäufer habe ich bis heute keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Ich habe meine Bank kontaktiert. Da die Ware mangelhaft war und zurückgesendet wurde, bitte ich Sie um eine Rückbuchung des Betrages.

Very slow delivery, it said the item was in stock on the website but has taken days and still not arrived!

Overall the online ordering is misleading regarding delivery. They do not state that the delivery time 'clock' only starts from when they send out an invoice to the customer, which in my case was 2 days after I placed the order.
They do not state that the goods ( in my case) are coming from France. They state 8-10 days for delivery , the French company dispatching it say 10 - 15 days .

after the initial purchase procedure and delivery waiting period which went smoothly, things went downhill. after the 8 days stated in the website there was no delivery, and no communication from the company. after a few more days i contacted the company only to be informed the delivery was still in transit and may be another 7 or so days, i was given the option to cancel the order which i did, then the next day the delivery arrived. funds were returned and return postage paid, if you are happy with a company who has no communication skills and are willing to wait for the delivery whenever it turns up then this may be a company to use. as for me not again.

Items as described, excellent genuine Panasonic product. Did not realise that the batteries would come from France; not a problem, just a few days wait. As these are virtually unobtainable in the UK a short wait was not an issue at all. The equipment they are going in is over 40 years old, back in use after decades!

I needed a battery for my 1962 MV Agusta 150 bike and was struggling to find a suitable unit. AllBatteries advertised one that would fit and when delivered it went straight in and was charged ready to be used. A small delay on the delivery date but I was kept well informed of the situation. Would use again.

Do not use. It took 2weeks for my battery to arrive from France. ( not UK ) when I finally recieved it it was over a year old.
It's on charge as we speak so I'm hoping it will come up?

Wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible service. Said that delivery would be at worst 8 days when I ordered and paid for the item. It is now 3 weeks laters and the batteries have not yet arrived.Their support service get annoyed when I ask where the package is. Apparently it has had to come from France and I should know that it will take a long time. Really really bad - avoid.

Although the delivery time was longer than I had anticipated, the battery was delivered according to the suppliers schedule, The item was very well packed and represented excellent value for money in that it was less expensive than similar items offered on the internet.
