By far the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I ordered a product and they failed to deliver it, I requested a new one and I was told it’s not their responsibility to make sure it’s delivered. I would never trust this company with ordering anything again, and hope this review shows customers how unprofessional and unethical the company is. I had proof it wasn’t delivered to me and they still didn’t do what they’re legally required to do. I hope this review costs them a lot more than the £16 it cost to do right thing. I repeat STAY AWAY!

You have no way of contacting them. Their number points to their live chat which is never open. I sent messages explaining the incorrect items were delivered. Their response is to ask me to send pictures of the damage. How is that relevant! Sent messages multiple times that the items are not damaged but the wrong ones to no avail. Keep asking for pictures. After sales support/ customer service is terrible. Asked for refund including express shipping which they fail to acknowledge. Im sure one of their team will respond by asking me to get in touch via live chat or send them a message which is what I have been doing.

I waited for over a month for sockets when I contacted the company after 3 weeks they informed me they would be with me very soon after a wait of 5 weeks I finally asked for a refund. I wasn't told the items were unavailable or out of stock and when I cancelled the order I was told they were unable to source the items I had ordered 5 weeks previously . I will never be ordering again of this company and certainly will not recommend to family or friends.

They sold me a $70 electric weed burner made in the UK without telling me that it was incompatible with U.S. power sources and would require a high-watt voltage converter that would be over $100 and weigh 28 pounds. They’d take a return, but only if I covered the international shipping both ways for a device that is of no use to me. Since this is a U.S. branch of an international business, I find their failure to inform me to be unethical.

Half an order delivered then a month later told other items no longer available. All in stock at time of ordering. Only found out after I emailed them to enquire where the remainder of the order was. Whole point in ordering the 4 items was that they match. They expect me to pay return postage for the half order that I can't use.
Overall a very poor experience and would advise all to avoid this company.

I placed an order for four items on November 25. One item was delivered a few days later. After repeatedly following up, I was informed on January 7 (43 days after placing the order) that one of the items had not yet arrived at their warehouse, and I was asked whether I wanted to cancel it, which I did.
I finally received the remaining two items on January 15 — a total wait of 51 days from the original order date.
Customer service was fairly responsive by email — they even replied on Christmas Day saying they had a large back order in the warehouse. However, the long delays and overall experience were very disappointing. I would not order from them again.
