Good communication and followed instructions! Juan was great!

The service was easy to book online. It was nice to know that Taskrabbit/Dolly background checks their service providers. However, it is clear that they don't require any proof that they are capable of completing the task. The movers severely damaged both refrigerators and our hardwood floors (hundreds of dollars of damage to the refrigerators alone) because they did not have the proper equipment to complete the job.

They didn't have moving blankets to protect the items or flooring and they didn't have any way of securing the appliances inside of the U-Haul, so they just LAID THEM DOWN ON THEIR SIDE and they slid around the dirty truck floor during transport, getting scratched up the entire time. Without moving blankets as a buffer, the appliance dolly dented and scratched the stainless steel. They dropped one of the fridge doors in the driveway and damaged the handle. One of the drawers must have fallen out and hit the ground too, because the plastic handle was shattered. Opening up one of the fridges after the move, all of the glass shelves had gotten displaced during and I had to catch them before they hit the ground. The plastic on the apron in front of the wheels was cracked, probably from dragging the appliances around. Finally, at some point they ripped one of the water lines off and out of the fridge, so now I have to pay almost $600 to get it repaired. All of this damage and not a word from the movers - no acknowledgment, no apologies.

To add insult to injury, we lent them a dropcloth to try and protect the floors once we noticed that they were just dragging the appliances across the hardwood and I guess they just took it with them when they left? Hopefully they use it to protect other peoples' property on future jobs.

Edwin and Brian were amazing. Hard workers, afraid of nothing when it comes to carrying heavy appliances. Plus I bought large appliances on a last minute sale and got them delivered the same day. Wow! Thanks again, guys!

Tasker Dan was incredibly rude. He did not communicate appropriately which caused unnecessary frustration, stress and discomfort completing task. He carried my items as asked but I found his temperament to be agitated & unprofessional.

Taskrabbit as a service not so great because fir some reason they cancelled my original task less than 24hrs prior to my booked time and it was the last day for the ciuch to be delivered.

Dwayne and Cherie were so careful with my large houseplants! They were friendly and took the worry out of the transfer.

I had trouble with my U-Haul truck and was late arriving to meet my TaskRabbit movers. They waited for me and went above and beyond.

The delivery person was fine. Container Store had not given them the instructions so they had to call. Driver was polite and efficient.

My bookshelf was damaged I sent a picture of the damage and then they asked for the receipt I sent that as well and I still have not been made whole. This is terrible and it should not take that long. Terrible service never ever again

Nice nice service

This was subcontracted to you from Caddy. It was a very confusing process as I was getting messages from both organizations. Plus your messages also referred to Dolly. I had already booked something with Taskrabbit outside of Caddy & it was not clear which delivery I was getting messages about. I kept asking to speak with a representative as everything was time sensitive and I was never instructed how to call. I found a phone # for your support about 4 hrs into the process. Communicating via email was very difficult as we were in the midst of a move and I didn't have access to internet or a computer. I received several notices that the task booked and then not. I received several notices that I needed to take action right away but these did not get sent via text. I was not able to respond quickly via email. It was stressful and upsetting.
