Good guys showed up to move. However, I could never log into your app or website after booking. Reset password never sent me a link too.

The delivery service was on time and worked very efficiently. We couldn't have been happier with our experience.

Horrible, second time I booked a Tastabbit and people didn't show up. Had to move apartment alone...last time EVER to use Taskrabbit...scam

The Delivery Drivers removed all of the drawers from our expensive dressers that we purchased in our living room in order to make it easier for them to carry the dressers to the 2nd floor of our house. After carrying the drawers upstairs when reattaching them, The drivers damaged the hardware on the putting the doors back ins the dresser. One of the dressers is completely inoperable and I can barely open the doors. Called the drivers multiple times to fix the issue and they never came back out to our house to fix them. I will be submitting a damage claim through Pottery Barns insurance company as all of the dresser drawers were in operating condition prior to us leaving the store and we spent over $2000 on this. Shitty experience all around with this company and waste of my time and money.

The guys were super quick and careful, helpful and professional. They moved my large console in minutes. Highly recommend

1. Two helpers requested but only 1 helper showed up
2. Helper was ~3 hours late to drop off time
3. Helper did not properly communicate arrival time. Once stated a 10 min ETA but didn't arrive for another hour.
4. Packaging on item damaged (holes punched into the box) during move into unit
5. Highly uncompetitive rate ($108) given quality of service listed above

Easy to book. Process was communicated clearly. Staff was professional and polite.

I managed to move, and the movers themselves were helpful, but my original choice of truck was swapped to a van last minute (because they had no availability), with no credit back for the inconvenience. They also fail to disclose that tip will be asked at the end of the move

I paid for in-home delivery with IKEA. The Tasker had to leave my delivery in my hallway, not the room requested because he could not figure out how to make it work. It was a little disappointing since other deliveries had been made with the same materials to the space that I requested. He did not seem to be able to think beyond bringing my delivery through my front door. Even that seemed like it was a bit of a challenge.

The original tasker cancelled and Travis B was available and flexible with the time. The whole process was seamless.

The delivery driver left the couch on the front porch when I requested it to be delivered into the house. The driver also did not contact me when the couch was actively being delivered, so I did not know the delivery was happening until he had left and the automated message told me the delivery was complete 10 minutes after they had left.

The task was pretty simple. Remove my old exercise bike. I liked the delivery persons timeliness which is important yo me. I’d use you guys again.

The taskers were great but my interactions w the site were horrible after booking. I kept getting texts about my job w no way to get confirmation on details of my task either on the site or by texting back.
