They don't respond to email, they don't t tell you before you pay that it's coming from France, you get no tracking, you're just told via the website that it may take 3 weeks "due to the ongoing issues following Brexit" which was 5 years ago but they're still using the excuse. When you complain they just respond with a sarcastic email saying "thanks for your kind words" and don't address any issues.

I had tried another company that was apalling, prior to AllBatteries.
I chose AllBatteries because of the registered UK address and the information they provided about the company and the products.
The Laptop battery supplied fitted perfectely first time and hand an adequate base charge.
Delivery was lengthy, all the paperwork was supplied prior to deliery.
I will no doubt try and purchase from AllBattery again, in the hope that the products will continue to be of the quality that I have experienced.

Awful experience. Battery supposedly in stock and yet, no deliveries for 4 weeks! No follow up, no tracking number, having to chase customer service twice because they forgot to got back to me. All in all, a lot of wasted time! Do not sell items to the UK if you are not capable of selling to the UK (Though it is not that difficult as we as a business do it everyday)

This experience was almost unbelievable! I phoned to order a battery for our gas fire and I spoke to a very friendly and helpful member of staff who quickly identified the battery I needed and handled the order. I was told that it would be around a week before delivery but it arrived the following morning! You cannot get better service !!!

Took 2.5 weeks to arrive. I was told battery was made in France it is in fact chinese

I thought I was dealing with a British company when I ordered a replacement battery for my TomTom Go 825. Only after placing the order was I informed it was coming from France and it took quite a bit longer to arrive than I was expecting. However the item did arrive, well packaged and I replaced the old TomTom battery with this new one and it all works well. Would have been 5 stars if faster delivery.

Struggled to find the battery I needed for my laptop due to the voltage. After weeks of looking decided to order from All Batteries.
I believe they didn't have it in the warehouse in the UK, so they shipped it from France.
Three weeks later it arrived.
Like I say, trying to source this item was very difficult.
Appreciate the delivery.
The battery itself has been spot on. No issues whatsoever. Happy customer.

Ordered 28 December. It’s now 20 January and still no sign of a package or communication update from the company.

I ordered a Dyson battery which the All Batteries web site claimed to be in stock. It failed to arrive for three weeks. When chased, a delivery date was never offered. A tracking number was given, but it consistently fail to show, suggesting that the carrier has not yet received it. I asked to cancel the order and receive a refund, but this was refused until such time as the battery arrives at my home, returned, and arrives back at their warehouse.

A perfect pair of batteries for my Electric Razor. Even upgraded from 1500Ma to 2000Ma. Tabs great to solder, just cut to size. Well recommended.

It is so great that I can still use my old drill and saw because of AllBatteries commitment to providing upgraded batteries that keep older gear useable.
I hate to have to throw away potentially good things because I can't get a part.

ho comprato una batteria il 05/12/2024 con addirittura spedizione nelle 24 ore e ancora oggi non si e vista l'ombra di questa spedizione chiamo la logistica BRT e mi dice che loro non hanno nulla e solo truffa non ordinate nulla.

Great product and great price. Had to contact customer service team and they were very helpful (needed tracking number). Delivery before date stated on invoice. Would certainly use again and recommend them

Easy to find particular batteries and order. Reasonably swift delivery as they were coming from France.

My rather old mobile phone stopped working and I thought it was the battery which had failed. After a prolonged internet search AllBatteries was the only place I could find stocking the correct model. They said it would take seven days to arrive from France, in fact it took a lot less and when fitted I was relieved to find my phone working again.

Batteries turned up in good working condition very pleased with them

they phoned me and said they had a battery of a lesser amp hour that would fit worked great
i would recommend they to anybody in need of a battery

I ordered my replacement battery. I had plenty of emails confirming my purchase. It took about two week to arrive. the replacement was just the one I wanted.
