For more years than I can count my sinuses would block up separately when I would sleep based on which side I was sleeping on. I would switch sides and the sinuses would switch also. I asked my doctor and he said to use some over the counter sprays and some allergy medicine. None worked. I found Allermi on Facebook I think and I figured I would give it a try. Wow, finally something that actually worked, I was amazed. Thanks to all at Allermi for a great product.

I started out using Neo Synephrine when I was younger but have been using Afrin and my grocery stores' brand of nasal spray for over 40 years. I would carry around my spray in my back pocket wherever I went, and used it 5 to 6 times during the day. At night, I would wake 3-4 times during the night and have to use my Afrin.
Now, with Allermi, things have changed completely. It took a month or two and a few prescription alterations, but Allermi has changed my life completely. I sleep through the night almost every time and haven't used the "other spray" at all! My only regret is that I wish this had been around years ago.
I live off of Social Security, and money is tight, but the physical nasal relief AND peace of mind I get by using Allermi is worth the extra cost. I'm a VERY satisfied customer!

This nose spray has helped my allergies and sinus issues so much! I was taking Allegra for years and would still sneeze and have a runny nose every morning! But, since I’ve been on Allermi, I barely sneeze or have to blow my nose. I highly recommend this product!

When my prescription wa changed it helped me. They are very attentive to people and their needs. Great company!

Product works for short periods like affrin then you have to keep taking it over and over. Makes your nose bleed and throat hurt. All ingredients are the same things you can buy otc and spend way less than what they charge. If you’re on the fence about trying their free offer don’t. They are a fraudulent company and you think you’re getting a free trial then a few days later they bill your card again for full price of their lousy product and then tell you that there is no refunds because they have a fake pharmacist custom blend your formula. Which is total fraud btw.

Works all night long and no rebound! Good stuff!

I have been using Allermi for about a year and a half, before I found Allermi I struggled breathing through my nose and since using it have not had any issues. Great customer service and product.

This nose spray is giving me terrible headaches. I tried to cancel but I can't get access to the specific area to do so on their site. I've contacted customer service numerous times and they refuse to cancel unless I can get to manage my accounts which I can not get to...very fraudulent, as they keep sending more 50 dollar bottles of the same spray....I am going to report them to better business bureau. I now have to cancel my card to get rid of them..disgusting!!!!

I am giving this company one star, and if zero stars were an option, that would more accurately reflect my experience.

I ordered the initial sample understanding that it would take some time to process because the company was creating a “custom” blend based on my allergies. I was willing to wait because I assumed the entire purpose of receiving a sample was to try the product first and determine whether it was appropriate and effective for me before committing to a full order.

Unfortunately, less than a week after signing up for the sample, I was charged for a full order. At that point, I had not even opened or tried the sample, so I had absolutely no way of knowing whether the product would work for me.

When I contacted customer service with my concerns, I felt they were completely dismissed. I was simply told that I had agreed to recurring charges and that my account had now been canceled, so I would not receive any future shipments. That did nothing to address the fact that I had already been charged for a full order before I had a reasonable opportunity to evaluate the sample.

What makes this even more frustrating is that there appears to be no phone number to speak with customer service directly; communication is handled through email. I also received no outreach before the full order was processed and shipped, despite the very short amount of time between requesting the sample and being charged.

As someone who works in healthcare, I find this especially concerning. If a company is offering a customized product based on an individual’s allergies and presenting itself as medically informed or physician-led, I would expect its business practices to prioritize giving customers a reasonable opportunity to determine whether the product is suitable for them before automatically charging them for additional product.

My issue is not simply that this is a subscription. My issue is how quickly the recurring charge occurred, before I had even had the opportunity to try the sample that supposedly came first. In my opinion, that makes the sample feel less like an opportunity to evaluate the product and more like a mechanism for enrolling customers into an automatic shipment.

I canceled my account because I am extremely uncomfortable with these billing practices and disappointed with the way customer service handled my concerns. Consumers should read the subscription and recurring billing terms very carefully before providing payment information.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Not a fan of the huge price increase. Especially for your customers that have been with you since launch.
I’d also like the option to purchase at a lower cost without the saline spray. I’ve been a customer for a while now and I have a stockpile of saline spray. I’m talking like 7 extra bottles

This nasal spray combo product is working. And I'm weaning off of my oral allergy meds. The site is easy to navigate to make any adjustments to your order. So far I really like using it and hope it continues to keep my nose from itching and stuffy..

Allermi works for me, but I will not continue to purchase it out of pocket. My Humana health insurance won't cover the cost, and I can't even purchase it OTC at Centerwell Pharmacy.

Game changer! My Dr. had been prescribing Ipratropium, Nasal steroids (Nasacort), azelastine, etc. But individually they were inconvenient to take and didn't work consistently. And I had suffered rebound from too much Afrin use. Miserable. I discovered Allermi and gave it a try after discussing with my Dr. (He was unaware of the product). It worked so well, I've been using it for well over a year now and my Doctor now recommends it for patients with year-round rhinitis. This product is truly a game changer - at least for me.

I have suffered from sinus congestion for decades. I used to use Afrin, even diluting it with saline to reduce the "addiction" to Afrin. Allermi has worked great since I started using it. I no longer use Afrin. I can breathe freely again!

I didn’t think I’d ever get relief from my symptoms-chronic post nasal drip creating a persistent productive cough and often upper respiratory infections with even a mild cold. No treatments worked. Then I decided to try Allermi. Although the symptoms are not totally gone, I have experienced a great deal of improvement. The Allermi team is awesome and we are still working on tweaking the formula I am using for maximum effect. I am extremely pleased!

Please beware of this company. Totally a scam. Make sure you read the fine print if you get a sample. The sample made my symptoms worse. They shipped me an order afterwards. Now I'm stuck with a useless bottle and it cost me $50. Customer service blew me off.

I have been suffering for 40 years. Allermi has changed my life! I can sleep all night and enjoy being with my friends and family without the constant embarrassment of having to clear my sinuses.

They tell you that you get a free sample. But you find out the following month they charge you $28 for the free sample on your credit card. They are crooks.

I have used Afrin for nasal congestion for decades, knowing it wasn't the best for me. But I tried everything else... shots, Flonase, Astepro, Claritin... you name it, I tried it. So I was skeptical, but hey... it was worth a try. It took me 6 weeks and a formula adjustment, but I've not used Afrin for the past two weeks! Very happy about that!

A couple of comments... I, like others, found that the bottle doesn't last until the next bottle comes. I think this is partially because sometimes I have to take a third dose, although lately that circumstance has diminished. I solved it by pre-ordering so I just keep a bottle on hand. I can sometimes forego the third dose upon congestion by using the Salinity spray which for whatever reason, seems to work more effectively than other salines I've tried. I'm chagrined to often wake at night with congestion. I'm hoping this goes away, and soon. But even then, so far, Allermi seems to be working for me.
