This company is definitely the worst I have ever dealt with. I purchased a Rab coat at £133.97 with a 2-3 working days delivery time,more than a week later no coat or communication After emailing them several times and getting no reply whatsoever I then requested a refund through paypal.alloutdoor.co.uk failed to reply to my emails and also failed to reply through paypal. I wish I had read other reviews here earlier as I am not the only one this has happened to. If ordering from this company please beware you may not receive your goods and don't expect any communication at all

Amazing! I have a reply now. Oh yes I checked my junk/spam folder as suggested and guess what? NO REPLY there either. As for never hearing of not replying to customer emails what about the other reviews that also say you haven't replied? I shall not be removing my review as I stand firmly by what I have said. P.S I have recently made purchases from Uttings, Go Outdoors + Webtogs all of which have been fantastic companies to deal with, all goods delivered and emails keeping me well informed.

Very well priced product, well packaged and speedy service.

The service was excellent: The item arrived at my place in 3 working days.
Value for money: There are other retails in UK that sale the Mountain Lightline Jacket but Alloutdoor has the best price of the product according to my research.
The jacket is what is supposed to be: windproof, water resistant, warm, very light and good looking. Also the hood is removable. It comes along with a bag and can wrap it up into a very small size.
I haven't not tested it yet in trekking or in the mountains but it looks that it is designed for that reason.
A very professional product, a 100% recommended for casual use in the city.
It remains to be tried for trekking in the country side.

Unbelievable service…. Completely ignoring my emails…. They have my expensive eastpak bag which I returned 2 months ago and I have neither a replacement or my money back…. Shocking

I was worried after reading the reviews on UK.Trustpilot about Alloutdoor. I wrote to Alloutdoor and Matthew replied promptly - to allay my fears. Took the plunge and ordered the Eaglecreek 20” Lync Backpack - on 23 Nov. Alloutdoor promptly despatched the parcel via Royal Mail on the same day. Delivered to Heathrow for delivery to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 25 Nov. Next update via tracking online show - parcel arrived safely in Malaysia and tracking details show on 5 Dec. received the bag on 8 Dec. Took 16 Days to arrive. It wasn’t an expedited air freight delivery - would have appreciated more timely updates from the Postal services - something that Alloutdoor cannot control.

All in - backpack arrived in tact. Happy with purchase. All outdoor competitive pricing is a plus point. Will shop again at Alloutdoor.

Excellent service - ordered a Mountain Equipment jacket from All Outdoor's online store in the early hours of Thursday morning and it arrived on Friday lunchtime. Couldn't have been much quicker, despite there being no additional cost for delivery. The whole buying experience was good, from the clear website, the price of the jacket (less than all other online stores I checked out), to the information provided regarding progress of the order. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Was drawn to the site as the prices and reviews were good. Signal was poor though as I was ordering and managed to order the same jacket twice, in the wrong colour and size too! Contacted customer service and the whole lot had been resolved within half an hour of emailing. They cancelled one order and amended the second and I still received the correct jacket the next day. To be honest I was staggered how good the customer service was (Mat was excellent). I would 100% recommend All Outdoors.

Alloutdoor.co.uk had the best price for a Berghaus jacket - I ordered it, they shipped the same day and delivered the next (I chose next day delivery option) and arrived as described. Would use again and recommend to others.

I had problems with my MSR stove when I was in Brazil. . I didn't buy it from this company but I contacted them to see if they could help me. Alex, the guy at All Outdoor, who answered my emails, was very helpful. He contacted MSR and they sent me a replacement part. Alex didn't stand to gain anything financially from helping me, yet he went out of his way on my behalf. Thanks a lot, Alex

Placed an order with this company on 30th August, received an email with no tracking information completed saying my order had been dispatched. Have phoned the sales number and got no answer, have emailed them and had no response and have now had to raise a dispute via Paypal to which they also have not responded.
Very, very poor service.

Very happy with the customer service. Ordered walking poles and a fleece however the fleece wasn't a good fit for me and the walking poles were to large a pack down size (my fault, didn't check the specs properly before ordering). After an email to the asking to return and specifying that I wanted to order different poles they called me back and gave me free return shipping which was something I expected as returning cost is normally down to the customer. They are now sending me different walking poles, customer service woman was friendly and helpful. Will be buying off these guy again and recommending my friends. Good work alloutdoor.co.uk! That is how you run an online business.

no complaints from me, ordered a backpack that retails for £165 on the high street, bought here for £116, free shipping arrived 2 days after dispatch, everything in order, and brand new and a fantastic product overall. based on this experience i would not hesitate to use again.

I ordered a Peltz Rxp 2 Head torch from alloutdoors.co.uk 1/4/2017 it was the cheapest at the time & received it fairly quickly, I was happy with it but wasn't impressed with the extra lumens (boost mode) but was not going to return it as it was still bright, I received an email asking me to write a review, so I did & also mentioned the boost mode but said I was still happy with it & was going to keep it, I then received an email saying that they had read my review & whether I could return it so that they could send it back to there supplier for inspection & that once they received it they would send me out a replacement at no cost to myself, I used the prepaid labels & returned it,
I waited for a while but never received it, I emailed them to ask whether they had received my torch & was told that they had & my replacement was on its way.
I waited & still no replacement, I emailed them again & no reply, I emailed them once more & still no reply.
I rang them & explained everything & was told it had been sent out but was returned as there was no one to receive it & that another one was on its way, I never had a card through my door to say that an attempt had been made to deliver a parcel etc.
Well anyway I waited for another week, sent another email asking when my replacement would be with me & also told them that I was going away at the weekend & needed it, still no reply!
So I decided to call them again on the thursday & explained everything & told that I felt that I was given the run around, the lady was very understandable & told me that she would have it delivered straight from the supplier on Saturday before 12am to me on the day I was going away & that she would email me the details, I never received anything, so I called her again on the Friday & she said that she was just getting the tracking details for me & would call me or email me the details, nothing again, I waited in all morning & it never arrived delaying my holiday.
I was never contacted as to why they never delivered it to me or explain to me why they stopped acknowledging my emails, there is no excuse what so ever in the way they have given me the run around & in my opinion lied through there teeth & for what ever reason it is, its not acceptable, but its funny that they acknowledged my last email asking for a refund as I received one the very next day.

Found their site by searching for a specific product on froogle uk. Excellent service, extremely quick to ship, and no problems with using their site or with my purchase. Would be happy to use them again and recommend them highly.
