Once all the docs were completed they arranged the docs to be picked up from our home.

Sam was extremely patient with me, and took time to fill in the Forms, which can be confusing. Regular calls to make sure you are okay, whilst waiting for the result of the claim, means a great deal when you live alone.

Staff made you feel at ease and made the application process very easy, would definitely recommend using them if you are not confident in filling forms and not used to applying for benefits.

From the first contact I was put at ease .Friendly staff and did not make you feel as if you were in the wrong by making a claim for some help , I would recommend 100% I for one cannot and do not like filling in forms
They take all the hassle away for a very stressful job

Allowance Assist Service made things simple to apply for Attendance Assistance. The 32 page application form can be somewhat daunting and they made it easy. All the things that you wouldn't have thought relevant they pull out of you & use for the application. Their instructions & assistance are clear & easy to follow.
