Went to the Hornsby store today and the sales assistant Erika was super helpful and extremely friendly. Great customer service. I went to just scout around and walked out with 4 dresses thanks to her great sales skills. They’ve got a sale going on at the moment, so it was a good time to shop. I know it’s fast fashion, but I think the quality of the dresses I bought is pretty good. Original retail price around $70 for each dress. Significantly discounted now - well worth it

I love buying from Ally. It’s the only store I can 100 percent bet on for not only affordability and quality but also have some of the outfits that are mostly hard to find in other stores.

I place an order on the weekend and accident chose normal shipping instead of express, but was needing it for the next weekend. On Monday I called customer service and they told me the best and easiest option was to cancel the original order, and make a new one with express shipping. I they got back to me in no time and it only took a few minutes to change. Very helpful, convenient and quick!

I ordered the wrong size by mistake and within an hour of emailing the team they were able to amend the order and send the correct size. Absolute legends!!! Saved me sending it back and waiting longer for a dress I really wanted. I'll keep ordering again and again 💖

Horrible customer service that never replies to emails or phone calls, have left multiple voicemails also. They sent me a returns label that is not a returns labels worst company ever.
Edit: have emailed multiple times and called and left voicemails also, so don’t believe there reply below.

I ordered a dress online a few days ago. The next morning, found the exact same one for a cheaper price and decided to cancel my online order. There was no cancellation option. I contacted customer service over call since their site stated there was a one day processing period--no response. Left a voicemail--no response. Emailed them and received a late response the next morning to which they stated they couldn't cancel any orders after payment, even though nothing had been shipped out yet. They encouraged me to ship it back. I tried to do that, only to find out I wouldn't be refunded the shipping fee and would be deducted a $10 fee to receive a refund.

Which meant, I would be paying extra to ship out an item I didn't want. Customer service is terrible. I have never experienced anything like this. Customers should not be getting charged extra to return items.

Beware. Their online purchases are basically final.

I ordered a Jean short set, over a month ago never received any confirmation email on the product and never received the product. These people are scammers please don’t order from them.

Do not. repeat.do not pay for express shipping ,they forward on to couriers as economy post ,takes a week longer ,paid express post 3 times on other items .all arrived in 2 to 3 week period and 3 couries later from sydney to wollongong , got proof from couriers that ally the sender paid economy which is less then standed ,making profit from our express payments , sent evidence to fairtrading today 14 th june 2025

They don't give a shit about you they products are so bad quality.

I went to do some shopping to Ally fashion at Epping plaza on the weekend with my partner, their were two ladies were working there. all the sudden we heard someone yelling to us , saying “don’t go their, you are near the counter in a very rude way and her voice was freaking us , when we going to changing room , the same lady were rude to us again , asking us to leave the store, we were very frustrated and left the store, i wouldn’t recommend anyone this shop as they were very unprofessional and unqualified for the customer service,

Efficient delivery and my items are very decent quality for the price and look just like the picture. 10/10 would shop here again

I found a product on their website for $55.99 and went in store to purchase the exact same item in store is $79.99 and they cannot "price match" to their own company. I understand sometimes online have different product lines, but this is the exact same product/same SKU/item number. This is misleading/confusing as they say they their online store is a different entity... but they are using the same business name!

I was impressed by the customer service a lady went above and beyond to help me again find a dress for my wife with a budget and didn’t make me feel any different for having one thank you Christina and I will be returning again

Recently purchased around 10 pieces from this store online, had never tried this brand before. Overall the experience on the website was good and the return process is 10/10, but the quality is definitely lacking. However for the price, you get what you pay for. I really think they need to work on quality though and also the fits, half the items were crazy small. But there was some wins in the order, some are really good quality. I would buy again off them, but I would only buy when it's on sale, as spending more than $50 on one of their items is not worth it.

They are fraudsters.. i purchased kurta sets and they send me cheapest sarees

Am immensely grateful for your service ally fashion especially in this peak season thank you so much , I ordered on Tuesday and received 2days later in time for Christmas but also in time for my recovery
