I needed ihram for umrah iffty managed to help me very good guy thank you for your help.

This company is an absolute disgrace. I bought a Quran pen, returned it, and never received my refund. They ignore all messages and take zero responsibility. What a scam operation — they’ll happily take your money and disappear. I’ll be reporting them to Trading Standards for their dishonest and unethical behaviour. Do not buy from this company , total frauds and time-wasters,Order 2443.

My child went for an interview and I was very shocked and surprised how the interview was conducted by the rude female manager. Her attitude and tone was very rude and belittling to a young person.
She also was demanding that any person hired would have to work a minimum of 6days and training days would not be paid and neither would any hours worked over my shift. The most shocking of all was that she would not pay the MINIMUM WAGE which is against the law.
Whilst in the store waiting for the interview I witnessed the way she spoke to female staff of different ages and she was very aggressive in her tones and language which she used and treated them like garbage.
This business is supposed to be a community based Islamic store but what I witnessed was nothing like this, treating people like slaves and demoralising them is not following ISLAMIC VALUES.
All people should be treated like equals and how this female manager Ms Akhtar in the Coventry rd b, bham was treating staff members was disgusting and an embarrassment to the store. My child will definitely not be working for this tyrant and other parents who’s children are working there should speak to their children as see how they are treated as this should not be happening full stop. Also check what your child is getting paid as I’m 100% sure it’s not the minimum wage. SLAVE LABOUR. #NotIslamicStore.

They don't respond to emails and they messed up my order

Dont buy anything online. They will send you the wrong item.
Their lack of communication is frustrating.

I bought items worth €110 order was placed on 17th Dec'24 something went wrong with the delivery. However, I got in touch with team at Almanaar. I received a refund and the items were later delivered as a gift from Almanaar. That was so noble of them.

Delivery is always fast and free of hassle and they have a great selection of books.

An item I ordered arrived broken so I sent a message to complain about it and told them they need better packaging and I was upset because it was meant to be a gift
They offered to refund 50% and I keep the item
But I said I would rather return it as its not for me anyway, and is broken but also stated that I am upset that my return postage and delivery fees come up to like 2/3s of the price of the item anyway
So they agreed that I can keep the item and get a refund, which I think is very nice and understanding of them

Delivery took a couple days longer than stated be wary, but I cant blame them as this happens a lot because of courriers

its been over a month since i purchased and have never recieved it. Have contacted their customer service and they said they were going to look at it, never heard back from them..sent new mails but no answer. This is the first and last time i spend 97£ on this store for products i dont recieve. Would give zero stars if possible

I placed an order for 4 bamboo ihram totalling just under £120, and it came in packaging that was sellotaped on one side, torn up on another side, and the see-through plastic cover at the front ripped out completely. It is very disappointing to receive the ihrams in this condition as I had bought them for my dad. I would upload photos as evidence, but there doesn't appear to be that option.

To add further to this, I had bought a couple of items prior to this, so I was given a discount code to use for this order. It happened to be invalid, so I contacted Almanaar but not received a response from them.

Brought ithmid terrible cheap design how do you expect to use it if its got a ball ontop. I think in general the items in this shop are cheap poor quality

This is my most favourite store to shop in for perfumes I have not been disappointed with anything I have received the perfumes are stunning as is the bottles they come in, and every time I wear them I always get compliments and love recommending this company please try them 100% you won't be disappointed
