Alncom supplied full fibre to my partner in Warkworth on May 28th
The preinstallation visit by Lewis Lang was thorough and very helpful as neither of us are techies
We soon learnt that using Alncom would save money even though she is keeping her landline
We also felt confident that if that were to be problems in the future that these would be dealt with in a personal way by a high class local firm
The resulting installation was by an expert engineer in whom we had full faith
All inquiries were dealt with promptly and patiently

When your internet dies at 2am on a Monday, you expect a technical fault. What you don't expect is to discover your cat has apparently declared war on technology and peed directly onto the router, frying it beyond salvation.
Living in a small village with three neurospicy children, a menopausal wife, and barely enough mobile signal to send a carrier pigeon a text message, losing the internet is nothing short of a household emergency. Our TV, gaming, communication, and general connection to civilisation all depend on it.
After finishing my night shift, I called Alncom at 9am on Monday expecting a difficult conversation about replacement costs and waiting days for a new router. Instead, I was met with some of the friendliest, most understanding customer service I've ever experienced.
The team couldn't have been more helpful. Within an hour they had arranged a brand-new router, fully programmed and ready to work in my home. I simply collected it and was back online in no time. Best of all, there was no charge.
Not once did they make me feel foolish for having a cat with apparently strong opinions about networking equipment. They were kind, understanding, efficient, and genuinely lovely to deal with.
Outstanding service from genuinely good people. Alncom turned what could have been a domestic apocalypse into a mildly amusing story. Five stars from me — although my cat is no longer trusted around electronics.

Superb company, I have been with them for over two years, great connectivity and when there has been an issue they offer great customer service. When I have called the phone is always answered immediately by a human, (such a refreshing change), and immediately I was connected to someone who can help. I highly recommend the company and their services.

The Alncom team were organised and efficient. They communicated well and we now have very good broadband.

Moved over to Alncom broadband last Tuesday and was very impressed by the team who got me connected. They worked hard outside then wired up the router etc. Checking all rooms to make sure I had the right speed. Finally they put router code on my smart tv and ipad saving me the trouble. No more rings spinning round when streaming. Would highly reccomend.

From first contact by Alncom we have been nothing but totally impressed. Whether it was the guys who surveyed our house to the engineers who installed our connection to the support staff who are always ready to help we’re absolutely more than satisfied. Our full fibre broadband connection has more than trebled the speed … and that’s on just the basic package … whilst saving us money each month … that was after another B-ig T-elephone company informed us full fibre would never be available to us direct to the house or our small rural community … excellent service by Alncom … highly recommended.

The Alncom team have done a great job in getting us connected. They put up a new pole to bring fibre to our house. The installation team were professional, friendly and efficient. They made minimal mess and ran the cables through our garage to hide them. Well done Team Alncom!

Great local company with responsive and helpful staff. Callum who did the installation was efficient and friendly and helpful. Brent who came to sort some gadget connection issues went out of his way to solve problems in a user friendly way. The office staff were responsive and it is so refreshing to talk to real people.

We have used Alncom for years, we live in a very rural location and the hills make connectivity challenging. Nevertheless Alncom have managed to successfully keep us going and when it flickers they fix it.
People are unfailingly helpful and efficient.

All is well. No issues at all.

Service has been fast and dependable since it was installed a year ago. First technical issue was today when the internet went off. When I phoned I was told the fault had already been traced to a nearby exchange and engineers were on their way. It was up again within half an hour. Very impressive!

Really happy with our experience. We’ve been kept in the loop all the way, staff are lovely helpful and friendly. The chap who came to fit everything came on time, was polite and done with in the hour. Best internet we’ve had in 12 years of living here!Would certainly recommend!

Best customer service and fast connection

Really fast response when i had a query. Options were discussed professionally and knowledgeably. I had the pleasure of having a young man called Ben attend my home. What a lovely lad!! Very respectful of my property, professional and knowledgeable. Listened to what i was looking for and sought out to achieve that for me. He then made sure i had the right product and advice was given in a way i could understand. Overall really impressed with the service i received today and wanted to give Ben a shoutout as i usually get worried when i have work people in the home but he made it a good experience. Thanks guys!
