First Class service than my other provider the connection was very very poor
They started out well
They started out well, offering good broadband speeds. The supplied router was rubbish and had to be replaced with something capable.
Now they want to force a 2 year contract as minimum or you have to pay significantly more per month, which isn't ideal for all use cases.
The equipment is already installed, there's no additional installation costs for continuing to use the connection and hardware already supplied so this lack of flexibility will have us looking for alternate suppliers in the future.

The whole process from start to finish was effortless. The remote location of our property entailed the digging of a trench and a conduit pipe installed. Then the connection team sent an engineer to install cable and connect us to the fibre. Everything was completed on time and with care. Highly recommend this company.
Just got full fiber from them
Just got full fiber from them. Very easy process. Great customer service. Only complaint is they need to be more upfront with yearly price increases. Had to ask to find out about it but should be told when giving prices. Apart from that fantastic.
Amazing customer service from Lorraine
My broadband went down last night and today
I called Go fibre today and spoke to a lovely lady called Lorraine.
Lorraine was lovely really cheerful and informed the network has gone down but they were working on it in my area.
Lorraine dealt with my query efficiently and diligently.

Never signing up with GF, then I did. 👍
Our intention was never to go with an altnet, however my daughter and her boyfriend have been with Gofibre for 3 years on their Max 1 gig package. Both being gamers, they can't fault it at all and suggested we enquire.
Our package with BT was still copper from the street cabinet, 72 meg max download @ £47 pm. ( No BT full fibre as build not yet started in my area of the Borders)
So, I called Gofibre as they had an offer on which looked tempting.
Made an enquiry and basically signed up that day. Chose their 500 package, a bit overkill for us pair of oldies but hey, I might go down the gaming route at some point ...never too old 😄
The staff at GF from discussing the package to installation were fantastic. Honestly can't fault them. Didn't think I'd ever say that but, credit where credit is due.
We have also just signed up with another package for our small business outlet, that's how much we put our trust in GF.
Hope I've not jinxed it now !!
Here's to a faultless 2 years, I have every confidence.

Review After 2 Years as a GoFibre Custome
It has been exactly two years since I became a customer. Overall, this is one of the most reliable broadband providers I’ve ever used in the UK. There has been one major outage, which unfortunately took a few days to fix, but I personally witnessed that they did their best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. After that, I also got a free month.
Today, I received the email for contract renewal. I gave them a call, and it was as easy as calling a friend. No answering machines, no navigating through menus. Just a plain old 0131 number and someone simply picks up. It was Colm McAlister who helped me with the renewal. We got everything done in 4 minutes. I only had to call back to double check if the price was correct because it was lower than I expected, but it turned out that was the correct price. Within minutes, I got my contract, signed it, and we were all done in less than 10 minutes. This was the easiest renewal I’ve ever experienced.
I highly recommend GoFibre. Reliable broadband and great customer service.

Great signal and customer service
Have been using go fibre for around a month, fabulous speed in an older property where my previous provider failed to deliver, I experienced poor connection and continued problems.
With go fibre my signal is 100% reliable, getting over X6 higher speed now. If you do need any help, customer service is also local, prompt and helpful.
