Aloft Tiles Reviews

Gorgeous tiles and excellent customer service. There was a problem with the shipping on my order that was resolved promptly and painlessly.

Got back to me quickly when I needed information.
Gave me helpful info.
Shipped tiles quickly.

Great service

Tile came as planned and I have to say they wrapped ,protected the tile great! I get so tired of ordering tile and it always gets here broken very pleased with the product and the service

When you are shipping something delicate it needs to securely wrapped-the three pencil tiles that broke were loosely wrapped in bubble wrap and the bubble wrap was not even taped closed on the ends then it was stuck in a box that had a lot of room it for them to move-it should have been filled with packing materials to prevent movement. The tiles themselves are beautiful but the experience of having to send to send broken tiles back and hope they come in time so as not to delay our remodel was not pleasant

Absolutely Amazing. They were so friendly and helpful. Our new home looks like amazing 😍. Best recommended them.

The customer service was terrific. The tile samples arrived very quickly and in great condition. They're all beautiful and it will take some time to decide in which direction to go. Thanks very much!

This was an easy order. The package got lost and Julia assisted in replacing the order.

Product shipped on time, great customer service, excellent product

Smooth and very fast shipment. Easy company to work with.

The Aloft tile we purchased is perfect for my tile mosaic project.

I sent a lengthy positive review the first time you asked. The only thing negative I can say is that you seem to have lost my 5-star review. I’m not doing it all again. Sorry.

From start to delivery your customer service was extremely helpful in taking care of my order!

Quick delivery

Quick shipping. No breakage. Overall cost was $1k cheaper than another shop.

Tiles were beautiful and easy to work with.
Customer loved them

The samples came fast..give me more decision time.

Amazing experience with Aloft. Prompt communication, very helpful with all my questions. Shipping went very smooth. Tile was safely packaged and arrived in beautiful condition. Excellent Quality tile for sure. I would order from them again without hesitation. Plus they gave me a 5% discount. Thank you Aloft!

Customer service and quick shipping of the tile sample was great. But the tile themselves looked better in the picture. The tile looked like an ink jet printer image and we won't be choosing this for our home remodel project.
