Mindfulness Day Practice Session is Awesome

Alok is a wonderful coach. He gives immense clarity. And is pro at his work. Serving the humanity with amazing work at very reasonable price. May God bless him with amazing opportunities, good health, well deserved recognition and more success and power.

The morning mindfulness session was super calming and grounding. Need to inculcate the couple of practices in our daily routine.

These 3 blissful days nourished & nurtured my spirit in a space filled with an abundance of love, warmth , acceptance , courage , vulnerability along with deep learnings & connections . In this environment my heart bloomed & the spirit soared to heights of unimaginable EASE OF BEING and depths of PEACE OF MIND .

To my knowledge, no other person or organization offers mindfulness at this scale, with such diverse and practical opportunities for growth.

When Alok Taunk took the redoubtably bold decision to leave the cosy, comfortable certainty of a Corporate Career, taking him gradually up the hierarchy ladder, he took a HUGE RISK...and faced very real danger of faliure!

But had he not taken that path, we, the fortunate mass of humanity - his extended FAMILY of Eastern MINDFULNESS would be fatherless children, struggling to find our bearings, rudderless on the high seas!

I attended Elevate 2025, Mindfulness Retreat by Alok Taunk. It was a phenomenally uplifting experience! All the sessions were crafted meticulously filled with fun and loads of leanings! The activities were insightful and brought many realisations about our deep rooted emotions. The scientific processes conducted helped me to be free from past fears, regain my focus and clarity of my path ahead. Immense gratitude to Power Couple Alok, Geetanjali and entire team. 🤗

The community is built around Aloks infectious positivity energy and great teachings/insights. This community makes it possible for anyone who is struggling and wants to be seen , heard and understood to do that without any fear of judgement. A perfect space and place to heal, grow and thrive.
