Alpenglow Adventure Sports Reviews

Found great deal on Outdoor Research balaclava that went on sale for half price back in 2016. You still had a couple from that run in stock and at that sale price NWT. And got to use THANKSGIVING coupon for an addition %40 off that sale price. What a deal.

Fast and free shipping for orders $200+, and reward program is pretty sweet for scoring free gear.

I ordered a Grivel Twin Gate carabiner and I received a different model than the one that was shown on the website. I revived the belay device model instead of the typical pear shape.

Everything was shipped quickly and was a great price. However, I did not receive an item and called immediately. I was informed that the item was not in stock and I was sent an email and issued a refund. The staff was nice and helpful but I never received an email and wish I had been contacted because I would have canceled other parts of my order that I ordered specifically to go with this gear.

Paid for some great boots on sale Several weeks ago but Nothing has happened I called and was told that well they’re on sale it takes longer?!
The message online I get is that they are still looking for them. doesn’t sound like they actually have these boots.

Quick delivery, arrived sooner than promised, plus my shoes were double boxed to ensure they wouldn’t get damaged in transit. I will place additional orders. Oh, they had a style of Oboz shoes that no one else had in stock, except at a higher price.

Great service, great prices, great gear.

Excellent customer service! Very happy with the whole process ordering and getting package sooner than expected!

I ordered some Scarpas with the Summer End discount and I’m so happy with them! I’ve been wanting these shoes for awhile and I would not have been able to get then without Alpen Glow! I love them!

Order was shipped same day as I ordered and arrived very timely.

Great deals on good gear! Everything came as expected. Was a little wary at first bc the deal was so good. But this business is trustworthy!

Great gear! Fast shipping. Will shop here again.

Great store with awesome gear. Fast shipping and great selection

Fast shipping, great communication. I would buy from this company again.

Great experience. Accidentally given the wrong shirt. However the labels are very small and the names were very similar. Getting the right shirt was hassle free and a refreshingly pleasant experience!

I ordered some shoes, and checked in on the website after not receiving them for a couple weeks. The order showed cancelled, though my card was charged. I reached out 3 times via FB Messenger and email, to no response. After 4 weeks, a refund showed up in my account. None of this would have been a problem if any attempt at communication had been made by Alpenglow. Will not be ordering again.

Was delighted to get my RAB vest at a sale price, thank you!
Fast shipping, as usual

Great prices and customer service. Have used Alpenglow multiple times and have always had a great experience

The product came quickly and was as promised!
