Alpenglow Adventure Sports Reviews

Always great prices on outdoor gear, fast shipping, and perfect customer service! Love shopping with Alpenglow.. And the free stickers are always nice, thank you!

Great prices and service

I hate leaving a poor review for Alpenglow because they are a local shop that I want to love shopping at. But I ordered a sleeping bag for an upcoming trip to Glacier and got confirmation of my order then heard nothing. After ten days I called them to see what was up and found out they didn't have the bag. So now I don't have a bag and I'm out the time to find something for my trip. Super disappointed with my experience. I think that Alpenglow is probably understaffed and that really stinks for everyone involved.

Great Store, hope I can visit in person one day :)

Received size 8uk instead of size 8usw, one email, and had the issue solved in a day and had the correct size within 2 business days.

Super fast shipping! Product arrived and was as expected. I also was pleasantly surprised to receive some stickers. I will try to purchase from again.

The staff at Alpenglow were tremendous, helping me navigate a sweet sale and get a piece of gear that I've wanted to a long time!

My pre-teen daughter went climbing with Celeste and had a wonderful time. Celeste was very positive and encouraging. She was confident and my daughter trusted her. I was very happy to see Celeste encourage my daughter to do things she would never have imagined. If you're on the fence, it is absolutely worth it!

Fast service, in stock items. Thank you

They had what I needed and delivered promptly.

Customer service and shipping were great, but the tracking number I was emailed never worked.

Great sleeping bags at a fantastic price. We were heading out to visit the newest national park, New River Gorge in WV and Alpenglow got the sleeping bags to us the Saturday before we left. Great service.

I was looking for a pair of Oboz shoes. This was the first place that had what I was looking for - across the country! The shoes were shipped the same day and I received them quickly. The service was fantastic (as much as can be said for an on-line transaction). I got a bunch of stickers as an added token with the shipment that I will gift to others. Aplenglow Adventure Sports was able to take care of my needs without any dread.

Awesome website order came really quick like within a week and it was the last place to have the exact chalk bag I wanted so I was kinda sketch bc I’ve never heard of this store but everything was seamless and I got free stickers!!!

I ordered a few climbing items, everything arrived very quickly and in perfect condition.
The prices are great and they pieces the orders efficiently, just an easy experience.

Great deals, and quick shipping. Went quite smooth

Great prices, fast shipping. Would purchase from them again.
