Buyer beware!!!!! This is a shady company to say the least. I ordered 2 hats I got 2 different tracking numbers for my order. Which I thought was weird, but okay, whatever. It took 7 days for the first order to arrive. I live in sarasota county less than two hours away from alpha defense. And it took seven days for 1 order to arrive. I open the box and there's only one hat. Why they couldn't put the 2 hats in one box. Blows my mind still to this day. So I look up the second tracking number and here it is 10 days after I ordered my hats and it says it is still at their warehouse. All they did was made a shipping label at this point. If they didn't have the merchandise, all they had to do is tell me not lie to me or play games in make a Fake shipping label up for something they don't even have. And refuse to even igacknowledge my calls when I call customer service. Or call me back with an explanation. When someone sells a product charges my credit card and then doesn't send the product. That's theft!!!!!!! They are thieves, stay as far away from them. As possible buyer beware, you will not get what you order from these people. I blame myself for not doing more research to see 1st hand How many horrible reviews they had before I placed my order Don't make the same mistake I did.

Leana in customer service was great!! Was missing one gaiter in an order and she made sure I was taken care of. I LOVE this company.

I ordered some facemasks on 1/22/24 and still haven't received them. My email was wrong on the order and I've been trying to contact them now for about a week leaving messages and I've yet to get a return call. I'm not very happy with their service at this time.

Customer service was quick and responsive. Provided detailed information and did what they could to resolve the issue.

The products are fine and I wish they had better customer service. I bought the wrong amount of face masks, my fault. They cost $50 for 4. I was trying to get 5 masks for $8. Alpha Defense did refund me. I appreciate it. The products are good. They just need better customer service and communication.

Ordering was easy, item came in only a few days and was of good quality. But one of the adapter pieces broke when installing. Reached out to Customer Service a couple different ways. It did take 3 days to get a response, but once I did, took a 3 minute chat to get the issue resolved and replacement parts on the way.

My orders never got to me and tracking DHL is bad customer service no good..I'll never buy from them again.

Order was on 12/27/22. Son has ordered from this company before with no issues. 12/29/22 order is sitting with DHL. No movement. No way to contact them. "Trouble with phone lines". 01/3/23 Why no tracking # yet? 01/4/23 Where is my order? Still shows sitting at DHL. Finally got an email message stating it is being processed. 1/5/23 message states DHL is awaiting pickup for USPS. I will not be ordering from this company again. I normally read reviews about a company before I purchase, however, as we had ordered before with no issue, I let my guard down. In this day and age, in order to stay in business, you need to stay on top of shipping and customer service. Quality control is of the up most importance.

I placed order 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing from ADG since except several spams email to try and get me to order more items. The "Chat" function they have on their website is a joke, it is not a true Chat" function and is nothing more than intentional deception. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Very disappointed, they took my payment no problem. All I got was an order number but no way to track the package. Tried customer service but no live answer and the chat left me sitting for half an hour until they closed. Hopefully I get my order eventually. Probably my last visit to the site. Will definitely be unsubscribing from their list once my order is resolved.

I've made a few orders from Alpha Defense with no issues. Unfortunately, this is not the case with my latest order. No communication, no returned phonecalls, lack of customer service, I could go on, you get the point. I've delt with some shady companies in my past, didn't think Alpha Defense would be one of them. Kudos for our past transactions, legal proceedings soon to follow on my last one.

Ordered 6 plus days ago. Received order confirmation but nothing else. Their live chat is disabled and when you call it is just an answering machine. I’ll pass and take my business elsewhere, especially after reading the reviews.
Did receive what I ordered. The hoodie is ok, we’ll see how it holds up. Everything smells horrible, like China from the plastic they wrap it in. Never did receive a response from them. I’ll be ordering from “We the people holsters” moving forward. Quality and made in the USA.

This company is worthless. I purchased 2 patches from them. 4 Weeks go by, no product delivered. No shipping updates, nothing. I sent an email inquiry about my products not being delivered. Of course I got no reply, but they sure email me every day about new sales and products. Finally after about a month and a half, my patches Finally arrive. They sent the wrong patches. Unbelievable. Please save your money and shop elsewhere, this company is a complete joke!

Never received any confirmation that my purchase was coming. Never received confirmation of shipping. Sent email to resolve issues never got a response. Was charged for items but never received them. Theft!!!! Scam scam scam

I ordered some stuff from Alpha Defense and it never arrived and they refuse to give me a refund! They said they would ship new stuff but I have to pay a fee! Don't order from them! Go to a different veteran owned company!

Bought a black bullet antenna about a year ago. The antenna is no longer black, it’s two tone gold and purple now. The representative for Alpha, told me to paint it and they only offer a 20 day warranty. DON’T BUY THIS JUNK!!!

I have not received my package yet but when I asked about my package I got almost immediate response from Joan. Great customer service, once I receive the package I will do another review.

I purchased a black bullet antenna and in 6 months it has turned blue. I did inquire about the warranty but it is only warranted for 20 business days. Very dissatisfied.
