Fast approval. Brought my truck in for a 3pm oil change and they found my wheel bearing was bad. My claim was approved and I was out the door in an hour and a half.

Dealership upsold this Alpha Warranty Service for a used 2021 GMC Sierra. Did not explain this is a "PART SPECIFIC" warranty. All they said was it covers mechanical, electrical, and powertrain and I shouldnt have any issues with claims. Just had to take my truck in for a park selector switch because my truck leaves a message that says "SHIFT TO PARK" when it's parked and won't turn off for 15-30 minutes. This part I was quoted at $1200. Alpha said it's not listed in the contract. How in the heck would I know what a park selector switch is and why it would not be covered? My truck is basically draining it's battery and they are telling me too bad. What's the point of an extended warranty if it's supposed to make you feel safe, and then you get told you're not safe. This reminds me of the california fires going and insurance policies canceling they're policies. I will be sure to let everyone know in the future about this poor practice when buying a used vehicle.

I’ve had over $10,000 in repairs covered by my extended warranty. Word to the wise do not buy a ram pro master they are garbage.

I have had Alpha for several years. The claims are always flawless. My repair shop files on the spot and I am out the door.

My son purchase a warranty from Alpha. After 30K miles the cylinder head split a valve seat. Alpha didn't cover the warranty AND gave us a huge run around on paperwork, etc. They denied the claim as we didn't pay for oil changes as we do those ourselves in my family.

A complete waste of $2500. They are not a good company to do business with IMHO.

This warranty company is the best my mechanic told me! Never has any issues, and they cover what they say they'll cover!

It was so easy and everything went great. Highly recommend this company for your auto. Definitely a peace of mind.

Fast and efficient. Every person i spoke with was very helpful.

This was the first time I've had to use the warranty and was extremely happy with the experience! The mechanic had so many really nice things to say about the company. He was on hold for less than 2 minutes when he called in for the approval. By the time my vehicle was done, Alpha Warranty had already asked him where to send his payment. This is nothing like any of the experiences I've had with other companies.

Your approval process is terrible. The length of time it takes for you to approve a fix is lengthy. I have been waiting for my car for almost a month to be fixed by you guys and I keep getting the same crap it takes 24 to 48 hours for an adjuster to read a claim and each process takes 24 to 48 hours to review this is insane. I have had to take an Uber to and from work. I live 30 miles away one way I have not had my car since November 7. This company is horrible. and now I’m being told that my car will not get its part until next Thursday. That will mean you have had my car down for 30 days.
