Alps Collection is a scam. They are now called First Class Chalets looking to rip more people off. STAY AWAY!

This is a scam, lost 5k USD. Same as below - do not use, anyone that has suggestions on how to go after bank please share. Thanks

Scam artist. Lost 5K on my deposit and would have lost a lot more had I paid the rest and not realised they were scammers. Don't go near them! Filed a police report. Their site should be pulled down immediately!

DO NOT BOOK Alps Collection is a complete scam ! Like everyone else, didnt find Alps Collection in Trust pilot until today despite looking back in November, and despite suspicion and checks on the net nothing came up. Co gave assurances and registration numbers, office address etc., very convincing and helpful, never picked up the phone and was suspicios for balance payment as they asked to transfer to the chalet owner against a discount. Absolute scam despite appearances.

Hi. The same thing happened to me about a pipe burst. Has anyone successfully received their payment back? I. Submitted a claim with my bank.

We were meant to go to our chalet next week. They were constantly responsive throughout the booking

My frinds and I got scammed, this is a FAKE site. Please pay attention, we lost a ton of money

We were totally scammed! We lost $9k when renting a chalet from the Alps Collection. They emailed us and told us a pipe broke and not to come. Never heard from them again.

Total scam.

Scam! This is all fake. We got friendly mails. But after paying 8000 euro’s they didn’t respond anymore!

SCAM!! Seriously… we failed to check trust pilot early enough and were robbed thousands. Take these people and their AI site down!

We payed 8500 euros in October to rent a chalet, now that we are looking for further information to get the keys they don’t answer anymore
I would also like to know if there’s anything we can do to get the money back

This website is a scam.
Although it looked quite professional, the website is fake.
We’ve paid €4000 for a chalet-house.
After we tried contacting the people from this site, we tried contacting the owners of the property, they told us this has happened before, and this has nothing to do with them.

Do not trust the website!
