Easy pick up
Easy pick up procedure via what’s ap and drop off. All at the airport, so vey much quicker to collect and return car. Drop off and collection point about 50 metres from terminal. Autos 21 use what’s ap for communication. All paper work is completed online prior to arrival. All a lot quicker than the alternative check in at desks where you usually que and they always try to sell you extra insurance! Overall great experience and no waiting!

From initial enquiry to returning the vehicle at Mahon Airport the whole process was handled in a professional manner. Communication was clear. The hand-over was exactly as one would hope. The vehicle was exactly what we requested, clean and handed over with sufficient fuel for our needs. Returning the car was simplicity itself - we ensured the fuel we used was replenished and just parked the car in the requested spot at the airport. We have used Autos 21 now for four of our five stays on the island of Menorca and will do so for the two we have planned for 2027. Cannot recommend these folk highly enough.

Esperienza ottima. Macchina trovata al nostro arrivo in posto comodissimo. la ragazza ci ha spiegato (in spagnolo) le poche regole da seguire. Tutto è andato per il meglio, anche la restituzione è stata veloce e fluida.

Je recommande vivement cette agence de Location de véhicule. Facile, disponible (sur wattsapp, réponse très rapide) et efficace. Livraison à l heure devant l'hôtel. Pas de frais caché, car on nous a accroché le véhicule et tout s'est réglé facilement avec changement de véhicule rapide. Véhicule récent et propre. Merci à vous de nous avoir faciliter les vacances.

Excelente experiência com a Autos 21 Menorca. Todo o processo de aluguer foi muito rápido, simples e totalmente digital, desde a contratação até à receção do contrato.
À chegada ao aeroporto de Menorca, tudo correu perfeitamente. O carro estava no parking e recebi antecipadamente uma fotografia com a identificação e localização do veículo, o que tornou a recolha extremamente fácil e prática. A devolução no dia do voo foi igualmente simples e sem qualquer complicação.
Durante a estadia, precisei ainda de prolongar o aluguer por mais alguns dias e a extensão foi tratada de forma muito rápida e eficiente.
Serviço profissional, cómodo e sem burocracias desnecessárias. Uma experiência de cinco estrelas que recomendo sem hesitar. Numa próxima visita a Menorca, voltarei certamente a utilizar a Autos 21
