I did a lot of research when I decided to upgrade my 3.5ct lab diamond and I found Aurelinne. The reviews were great, and I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price. The whole experience was amazing, and Andy was WONDERFUL to work with! He kept me up-to-date and was very responsive. It's sometimes scary buying something expensive off the internet but no issues here. I would highly recommend this company!!

This was my second purchase from Aurelinne. A 2ct D color IF RBC with hearts & arrows. It is amazing and the price was fantastic. So much sparkle and brilliance. Shipped quickly and they kept me updated with tracking info.

The diamond shipped very quickly and was safely packaged with the physical grading report.

I ordered from Aurelinne a few weeks ago. I found the company on TikTok and was a little hesitant to order but felt better when I struggled to find any negative reviews. I have a lot of gemstones, simulated diamonds, diamonds and moissanite and so even if I didn't receive a genuine diamond, I was going to be alright since the stone was only $255 (with their 10% first time discount).

After ordering, I was excited and reached out to Andy and requested that videos and pictures be sent before shipping. He sent them as soon as they got the diamond in. I received it on exactly day 10 from ordering. It came in two day shipping the their package tracking was accurate. The stone is magnificent and the way the light and color catches it is stunning. The size is absolutely perfect for my finger without being gaudy or too big. My breath was taken away when I opened the package.

I will be taking it to the jeweler this week to verify the IGI report. I got a 2.02 H VVS2 marquise and it is so beautiful in person. There's a little bit of a bowtie but because the symmetry is excellent, I don't mind at all and think it gives it a beautiful look but that's my opinion.

I ordered a complete ring with center lab-grown diamond from Aurelinne. My first choice for a center diamond contained imperfections that were caught by the team at Aurelinne, which meant I had to select a replacement diamond, but even with that and an additional weather delay, it took less than 6 weeks total to arrive. Andy was incredibly helpful and answered every question I had during the entire process. Very happy with my decision to go with Aurelinne!

WOW! Andy was very helpful when I was asking questions about getting a new stone. Got my stone in about a week and a half after ordering and it’s stunning, and the price was just right. Would definitely purchase from them again.

Everything was handled well! When making a big investment you can’t be too cautious, so I had a few concerns since I was unfamiliar with the company.

They checked all boxes. First of all, after a bit of research, I realized the company is, in fact, reputable and has very happy customers.

Second, they have access to most, if not all, of the best diamonds others are selling. Third, when it comes to PRICING, they were by FAR the best!!! Really! In two diamonds that I was interested in, the price was three to four times less than what others had it listed for.

Next, they have a great return policy that they seamlessly honor.

Last, but not least, the customer service was exceptional. Throughout the entire process everything was handled graciously and promptly.

I feel very fortunate that I came across their pop up ad which resulted in me saving thousands of dollars on one diamond.

From how very response towards emails to also receiving pictures and video of stone before I received to how easy they made this whole process. I got in contact with Andy for an oval lab diamond, after exchanging emails for a 2 weeks he was able to help me find exactly what i was looking for. I needed this oval to have an exact measurement so that it could replace the one I currently had. Andy was able to help me find a lab diamond that was better than I what I was looking for. 3.04 oval vvs2, D color, 1.37 ratio. It fit perfectly in my engagement ring setting. It is absolutely beautiful, I can’t stop looking at it. I am extremely happy with my purchase and highly recommend Aurelinne.

Andy at aurelinne has been extremely helpful in sourcing me videos of stones and finding the right stone for me. When you're buying colorless diamonds, its much easier without video but colored diamonds (face up) can vary quite a bit in coloration and tones since theyre graded by looking at the side of the stone. Andy has had multiple videos sourced for me and once I picked a stone my order arrived quickly and it was honestly gorgeous in person. I did return simply because I made a miscalculation in the dimensions of the stone I wanted and I am about to buy a larger stone. Regardless the return process was extremely simple and I will keep shopping with Aurelinne because of Andy!
