I’m so happy with my purchase! I ordered an oval cut 1.5 carat to add to a ring setting I have. It’s literally perfect. So gorgeous and shipped within a week! I also took it to a jeweler to appraise and it matched up with the IGI report. Would buy from them again.

Received my second piece, an eternity band set in yellow gold. Fit and quality was perfect. Communication with customer service flawless. I highly recommend this jeweler if you seek high quality custom or not pieces at very reasonable prices.

This is my first time ordering from Luvansh. I have a yellow diamond ring I’ve been searching for just the right band to complement it. I found such a perfect ring - Platinum Lab-Created Diamond Pear-Shaped Fancy Vivid Yellow & White Flower Ring (2.00 CTW E-F VS). It’s stunning. It was at a great price with a Mother’s Day discount code. Shortly after checking out, I viewed a reel I had received with a code for a slightly high percentage off. I wasn’t going to ask if the higher percentage could be applied but decided it was worth at least inquiring on the site. Initially it was through the bot but was quickly transferred to an actual agent. They quickly responded and allowed for the new code to be applied. This is what I call excellent customer service - when a business kindly and efficiently addresses a question and provides a favorable resolution - that is what determines where I want to shop and spend my money in the future. They could have said no and I would have totally understood but they absolutely took care of me and I very much appreciate it. Thank you, thank you.

Vince helped save me a bunch of stress. I accidentally ordered the wrong ring size and was able to fix it and clarified on shipping to help store it in a FedEx store to keep it safe rather than delivering to my house.

Nobody has cheaper for the quality. This is a fact! I got a 6 carat diamond engagement ring and a 1 carat wedding band. The quality of the jewelry was amazing! You won’t be disappointed! They will be getting all my business!!
