This company is a con. Please note this is the same company know as Al Harmain travels Ltd which he closed and reopened/registered as Al Safwa Ltd.

He still owes me and my family £2500 since May 2024. He paid £2000 couple of months ago and said he will pay the remaining early August but we have not recieved any money and he is ignoring our call so we having to take legal action.

I recommend Safwa Travel because they deliver on everything they promise. The experience of Umrah was great due to their 24-hr round the clock access. Whatever you need they provide before and during your travel. I will be using them again Insha Allah and will be recommending to any of my Muslim family in the UK to book using Al Safwa Travel. I arranged my parents' first Umrah journey in May through Al Safwa Travels. My parents are older and not as good with technology as many people are, so I wanted to find an agency that will be able to guide them throughout their journey. Al Safwa travels team was extremely helpful and explained the whole process to us, which is exactly what we wanted since they were first time travelers. Al Safwa Travels Team promptly addressed any questions we had, which shows the agency's expertise. My parents thoroughly enjoyed their hotels in both Makkah and Madinah, as well as the chosen airlines. The agency's provided Ziyaraat was extremely insightful and an amazing experience for them. I have already recommended them to a few other friends and family members Al Safwa Travels surpassed our expectations, and we will be forever thankful.🙏

I would not use these lying thieving scumbags check TripAdvisor reviews for al harmain travels as this was their company name as we travelled with them in may for umrah absolutely pathetic low life thieves u will not get the package u want they will change ur hotels last minute and also exclude people from breakfast and pocket the difference. They also owe their counterparts in saudi arabia over £5k so please guys if u want hassle free umrah with peace of mind pay that bit more and go with someone official. All their reviews for this new company are their own staff talha, osman, habib this is to make people aware of how companies use the name of allah swt to con people out of money please guys be careful.

This company formerly known as Al Harmain travels. They are the same scheming people who we booked our umrah trip with. If you want to know how good their service is just search truspilot reviews on Alharmaintravels.co.uk
I am writing this to raise awareness so that brothers and sisters don't make the same mistake that we did by booking with them.
They scam people and then change their company name. My advice is to book with a reputable local travel agent and save yourself the heartache.
Also the 5 star reviews on trustpilot are written by the staff themselves.
May Allah protect us from the likes of these people.
