Friendly, reliable and efficient

I am now on my way to Mama Shelter in Marseille. Lucy helped me a lot when technical problems occured when I tried to book a room: very friendly, reliable and efficient. Thank you so much, Lucy! From that on everything was perfect and now I'm looking forward to my stay in Marseille.

I had a really positive experience with Dis-loyalty Membership Services, and I want to especially thank Indira for her support.

I reached out during a challenging personal time, and she handled my situation with genuine understanding, professionalism, and kindness. It’s not often you come across customer service that feels this human and thoughtful.

She took the time to review my case carefully and went the extra mile to offer a solution that truly helped me. That level of care and flexibility made a big difference.

We really liked the vibe at Hoxton, Dublin. Very well located down town, good food, nice service. Nice rooms too. A big thanks to Sorcha for her great assistance throughout our stay!

Worthwhile for remote workers

A worthwhile membership if you work remotely. It has made finding a spot in London to stay for a long time, undisturbed much easier.

Dis-loyalty marketing is fun!

My wife and I stayed at one of your properties a few years ago before I was a Dis-loyalty member and it was 5-star fun and wonderful. Now we have a reservation at a different property coming up in a few months that we are eagerly looking forward to. Meantime, your many emails have been fun even though we are not ready to book another stay just yet. Please keep the frequency of your emails to about one or two a month so they don’t become annoying. See you soon!

Useful service let down by terrible app and website

I like Disloyalty as a concept but it is so frustrating to try and use. I have just tried to log in on the app and the website and get a message saying "You need to be a Disloyalty member, please enter the code emailed to you".

Firstly I am a member, secondly you haven't email me a code. I press resend email. Still no email. Fine I'll book my hotel with someone else, and doubtlessly in six hours I'll get three emails with different codes come through. Needs to be better.

Trapping custommers in a yearly…

Trapping custommers in a yearly membership that can't be cancelled. Was pushed into a membership by a member of staff of one of the restaurants that work with dis-honesty - clearly not telling me this is a year long contract. Scammy behavior.

It's a great thing to have when you…

It's a great thing to have when you need it! The fact that you can just grab a coffee and work without extra charge is amazing! The only thing that I didn't know was that it is an annual contract.
But thanks to Laeticia from the customer service for making an exception and helping me out on my issue.

Might be back someday!
