A smooth transition and excellent support

We've been using Altegio for a while now, and honestly, it's made running our business much easier.
The reporting tools have been especially useful. We've gained a much better understanding of where our clients are coming from, how many new clients we're attracting, retention rates, staff performance, and overall business trends. Having that kind of data has helped us a bunchh.

A special thank you to Ani, our onboarding manager. She genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly and that we understood how to get the most out of the platform. That alone made a huge difference during the transition.
No system is perfect, but overall we've had a great experience with Altegio and would definitely recommend it to other businesses looking for a reliable management platform with strong support behind it.

Doubled the price in 9 months! 💸💸

They get you onboarded and used to the platform and then increase prices by 100% when renewing the subscription. be careful!

I subscribed 9 month ago for 2 active users and 1 admin. Charging me 80 USD for "6 month + 3 month" package.

Now I had to renew and same package costed double. Also they started charging for inactive user "Admin" as well. I managed to purchase 3 month +1 month package for the same price $80.

When asking why renewal was so expensive, their agent said "tech advancements and inflation". Ridiculous! Who increases price by 100% in 9 month because of tech advancements and inflation?

I will slowly be getting out of this scam app. And if you dont want your subscription price doubling every renewal, i suggest you to dont get close to this app.

Thank you for the detailed feedback, and we're sorry about how the price change was explained to you — "tech advancements and inflation" doesn't reflect how we actually approach pricing, and we'll address this with the team.

What actually changed: we restructured roles to make billing fairer. A role is now paid only if it can make changes in the system; view-only roles are free and unlimited, so you can invite accountants, consultants, or co-owners at no cost. If your admin account doesn't need editing rights, switching it to a view-only role removes that charge entirely.

In Georgia, the base price increase itself was about €1 per staff member — the larger jump on your invoice comes from the role restructuring, and our team can help configure roles so you only pay for what you use.

We've also kept investing in the product over this period: a redesigned menu, new reports for owners, an updated appointment window, and No-Show Protection with Payment Policy launching soon.

One more thing worth knowing: longer subscription packages lock in your price for the entire chosen period — no increases can affect you mid-term — and bring the monthly cost per staff member noticeably lower.

Я работаю с вашей компанией уже 7 лет. За это время у меня выросла сеть до 4 филиалов и более 20 сотрудников, и всё это время я оставался вашим клиентом, регулярно оплачивая услуги на очень крупные суммы.

На сегодняшний день стоимость обслуживания всего 7 сотрудников составляет около 750 евро, и при этом я не могу добиться элементарной обратной связи от менеджера Ольги Горобец уже больше недели. На простые вопросы о возможности скидки или хотя бы рассрочки платежа мне либо не дают конкретного ответа, либо общаются в неподобающем и пренебрежительном тоне.

Честно говоря, я поражён отношением компании к лояльным клиентам, которые годами приносят вам деньги и развивают бизнес вместе с вашей системой. Складывается впечатление, что после подключения клиента компания полностью теряет интерес к качеству сервиса и уважительному общению.

Если для компании с моими объёмами и количеством филиалов невозможно получить нормальную коммуникацию и адекватное отношение, то я не вижу смысла продолжать сотрудничество и буду искать альтернативную CRM-систему для всей сети.

Считаю такую работу поддержки и менеджмента абсолютно непрофессиональной.

Total Scam!

They take money, But dont give service during the Trial week, just drag the time, so it would end and u wont be able to get ur money.
They push on you to take longer period package, then they dont contact you with the TOP management to soove the issue about redise of cooperation and money refund.

Refund requests are handled through our support team under our standard policy, and longer packages are always optional — they exist to lock in a lower per-month price, never as a condition for using Altegio.

That said, your description suggests something went wrong in your specific case, and we take that seriously. Please send your salon ID or registered email to our support chat, and we'll escalate your case directly to our User Success team for review — including the refund question. If you've already submitted a ticket, mention this review and we'll prioritize it.

It’s a tool we trust and stand behind.

We’ve been working with Altegio system for some time now, and I can honestly say that we are extremely satisfied. The platform is intuitive, efficient, and clearly built with real business operations in mind. It has helped us streamline our processes and bring much more structure into our daily workflow.

I don’t really recommend this platform…

I don’t really recommend this platform , I have subscribed last month and after few days I cancel my subscription, and this month they take my money from bank account again , nobody they answer and of course his is not a serious platform! Why they take the money if I have already cancel ?

The plan you chose is a 3-month subscription with a lower price in exchange for the 3-month commitment, billed month by month rather than upfront. That's why a payment went through in the second month: it's part of the same subscription period, not a new charge after cancellation. We understand this structure wasn't clear to you, and we'll review how we present it at checkout so the commitment period is impossible to miss.

Extremely disappointing experience with Altego

During my time using this platform, I’ve faced ongoing bugs, glitches, and errors that never get resolved.
The support team constantly promises that “the issue has been escalated” or “we’ll update you once it’s fixed,” but nothing ever changes. In fact, the number of problems only keeps growing — affecting both the quality of service and the financial side of my business.

There is no accountability, no clear communication, and no real solutions — only endless excuses and vague promises.

Using this platform is risky for any business, especially if you have more than one team member.
Even Google Calendar performs far more reliably without all these constant issues.

Bottom line: no client focus, no tangible support — just collecting payments and giving empty promises.
I do not recommend this platform.

Tatiana, thank you for taking the time to share a review. The feedback raised here was analysed in detail, and every point discussed during the collaboration was taken into account.

During the cooperation period, a large number of requests were submitted, including proposals for individual workflow changes and feature modifications. All of them were documented, evaluated, and discussed during the Zoom call on September 30. Many of the requests required product development outside the standard scope of support, which naturally involves longer implementation timelines.

The support team provided regular updates, followed escalation procedures, and clarified how the system functions in its current form. The main challenge in the process was the difference between the expected pace of custom development and the time such work normally requires.

Altegio operates with established service standards and performance metrics used by businesses in more than 80 countries. Part of these standards includes maintaining a respectful communication environment for both clients and team members. Some interactions within this case were emotionally intense, which made the dialogue more complex than usual.

Legjobb szalonmenedzsment rendszer, könnyen kezelhető, a magyar ügyfélszolgálat közvetlen, segítőkész mindig számíthatunk rájuk. Zsombor sokat segített nekünk. Nálunk nincs recepciós, mindent applikáción vezetek. A vendégek imádják hogy google vagy instagramon foglalnak időpontot.
Profi, komplex még egyszerűen használható.

Absolutely horrendous experience

Absolutely horrendous experience with this company.
After signing up, I was contacted by one of their managers who told me that, due to the nature of my work, I would need to pay extra or commit to a double-year membership. They were extremely persistent in trying to upsell me.

Over the next week and a half, I struggled to get their system to work — speaking to three different technical support representatives — and it became clear that the platform is not user-friendly. Most issues require internal intervention; clients cannot resolve things on their own.

Eventually, I told them I no longer wished to continue and requested a refund. They refused, stating that refunds are not possible.

So, in the end: two weeks wasted, no access to a functioning service, lost money on membership fees and website integration, and to top it off, the manager refused to provide contact details for feedback or complaints when I asked.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.

We recognize that each business is unique, and while we aim to cover a wide range of scenarios, not every individual case is fully supported yet. That said, we genuinely care about our clients and are constantly improving the platform — adding new features based on the needs we hear most often.

We’ve reviewed your case in detail. Regardless of the fact that the service was already in use and integrations were started, we’ve gone ahead and approved both refunds. The refund totals €88.22 (after Stripe's processing fees) and was send to you in the end of April, 2025.

What matters to us most is that you feel heard and treated fairly. We're grateful you gave us a try — and should you ever decide to return, you’ll be more than welcome.

Refund refused after discovered bugs

I bought 2 appointment places from them. From the beginning it was a problem with Gooogle calendar sync. They kept telling me that i didn’t set correctly, after hours of setting, their support accepted that it is a bug from their side.

Button of online booking doesn’t integrate.

Their data base have bugs, as a lot of times when you try to make an appointment to your existing client, you have to do it manually.

Their support instead of solving the problem just put the sales guy to convince you to keep the platform.

Totally not recommend!

i didnt agree with your solution? your solution was to leave google calendar and use only yours, classic creation of dependece on a service
